Your negative review shows how much it did not suit you. We note that a typically Moroccan neighborhood and house are synonymous of danger for you, this is terribly unusual for us, among 1700 comments on different websites since 2011. Maybe you should not have chosen Morocco for your holidays if this scares you. Our house is old, it is true, it is chosen precisely for its authentic character, including its old bedroom doors (which close if you are willing). The house is safe, we are one of the licensed and official establishments, selected and controlled by the local authorities. We invite you to read the advertisements carefully before booking your next vacation because nothing was hidden. With probably another budget, choose a modern establishment, located in a European-style neighborhood, frequented by people who will seem safe to you. Don’t chose only by the rank and price.By the way, it was useless to exaggerate an unprecedented incident, the anecdote described only aims to harm our reputation. Indeed, an electrical outlet heated up in your room in your presence, following inappropriate use of which we do not know the reason, while this outlet had been used without any problem until now, and it is the room most often chosen. We understand that this inconvenienced you and scared you again. We relocated you immediately at your request and you did tell us that you were satisfied. Since your departure this outlet has no new problem, as before your bad experience. We wish you a pleasant day and an excellent next vacation more adapted to your taste.
