Très bel hôtel, avec une grande piscine.
Proche aéroport mais le passage des avions qui survole l'hôtel n'a pas été un souci.

C’était la perfection ,l’endroit est magnifique , le décor est sublime le cadre merveilleux tous était parfait les chambres le personnel la nourriture est délicieuse le personnel est superbe 🫶🏻c’est très calme , j’accorde une attention particulière sur la literie j’ai dormi comme un bébé , je vais y retourner sans hésiter

As others have said- a very nice authentic hotel but badly let down by the service. Food was exactly the same every day and meat options ran out if you didn’t get in during the first hour of opening. Cold plates and lukewarm food added to the daily repetition. We were all inclusive “plus” which entitled us to “premium” drinks etc- but found the bar staff very resentful when we requested these. Bear in mind premium actually means Smirnoff, Bacardi and Gordon’s- not the more upmarket options. On two occasions we were told these Smirnoff etc bottles were for display only and asked for 4 days for it to be stocked on the Pool bar until it was. No drinks service unless one stood in a queue - definitely not 5 *. Bar staff were surly said they would bring drinks over but never did and we had to ask for peanuts from under the counter each time. All inclusive with Jet2 generally means some sort of food, snack and drinks available most of the day; not here. It was IMPOSSIBLE to get a tea or coffee other than breakfast. We tried to take our cups to sit outside but were told it wasn’t allowed. Yet there was no other option apart from waiting for pool bar to open and a paper cup out of a vending machine. No options in the room either. Both a la carts restaurants lacked atmosphere and food only average. Even here we had to ask every time for a refill of water and wine. We didn’t starve but found choice very limited and quality decidedly average, made worse by the completely indifferent service. There is one pool cold but nice. No control over pool towels and we had 2 each but kept them to reuse over 3-4 days. On day 4 two “bouncers” arrived and demanded we give one towel back. When I explained we had kept and reused them while others had taken one and put them in the laundry to return an hour later and get a new one, we were told “that’s the rules”. Well Jaal Riad you should do better explaining these rules as it took us a long time to work out exactly what our “premium” package included- they were reluctant to tell us. Rooms were clean- as was the entire hotel but bathrooms were very dated. Shower didn’t work properly but towels were changed every day. Beds really comfy with great linen and luxury mattress toppers. WiFi through entire hotel was good too. Unfortunately these are not enough to make us want to return due to the lacklustre service, poor food and overall non availability of “all inclusive” Gym was ok, good range of machines and weights, but only cleaned once during our weeks stay. No water or towels available Luckily found a side door as not officially open till after 9.

I did read reviews about the Jamal Riad Resort before I left and some were very grim. However, I decided to book anyway. As it turns out I should have listened to the feedback other reviewers offered. The positives: Short transfer from the airport Beautiful and stylish hotel Great pool area and plenty of sunbeds The rooms were spacious. Super comfy bed, it was clean even if a bit worn. Customer service engagement member who I think was called Rami was warm, friendly and helpful That I’m afraid is it for the positives… I travelled on my own and my poor experience started as I arrived. Dismissive reception team. Three men that constantly shouted and gesticulated at each other. I waited for nearly three hours to get a room, which was three hours past the check in time. These things happen but no-one communicated with me and they positively went out of their way to ignore me. I was beginning to wonder if it was because I was a lone female!!! Everything the previous reviewers have mentioned, luke warm food, not replenishing the food, poor service, staff who appeared untrained and clueless is true and added to my grim experience. My review of the food has nothing to do with the type of food. Lots of local dishes that looked delicious but it was all cold. None of the food was labelled either. They also did appear to ration tea, coffee and wine at meals. I gave up asking in the end. I went all-inclusive plus and throughout my seven days at the hotel I never saw any afternoon snacks. The staff in the bar in the evening were hit and miss. They were forever disappearing somewhere, which I think was due to poor logistics and stock. If they stocked the bar more efficiently they wouldn’t have to keep wandering off. This observation is true for their restaurant too. Why they don’t install help yourself coffee stations in the food area is beyond me. So there ends my review… I so wanted to love this hotel. My main emotion is one of frustration because they could make it so much better. Customer feedback is the biggest gift they could receive… and instead they appear to be ignoring what their customers are telling them. I, as another reviewer mentioned, did notice that their interactions were different with French speakers. It took me a few days to figure this out but it was down to copious amount of tipping. I certainly would always tip great service but to be honest I didn’t experience any, so didn’t think it was deserved. I certainly cannot recommend this hotel in a positive way. I suppose what I can take away though is that even couples experienced poor service so it didn’t have anything to do with me being on my own.

A very beautiful establishment that lives up to all its promises. Impeccable service, a very helpful and pleasant team—special mention to Lala, Aimen, and Khalid, the bald one at the reception. The decoration of the place is magnificent, and the outdoor areas are impeccable. Note that the hotel is close to the airport, and the passing airplanes might bother some (it wasn’t the case for us).

I decided to spend my birthday at JAAL RIAD RESORT and I couldn't have been happier with my choice! The hotel is absolutely fantastic, the rooms are super beautiful and spacious, the food is delicious, and the staff is super friendly and helpful! One of the pools has hot water, so we can enjoy the sunny days in January. The hotel even prepared a surprise for my birthday, which was absolutely amazing and I couldn't be more grateful to all the people who work here. Thank you B.RANIA for the cake 👏👏👏 I highly recommend it!

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique à l'hôtel Jaal ! L'hôtel est superbe et très bien entretenu. La nourriture était délicieuse, avec des plats savoureux qui nous ont ravis à chaque repas. Un immense merci à Ghali, qui a été présent à chaque moment pour nous aider et rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Son accueil et son service ont fait toute la différence. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et espérons y retourner très bientôt !

Had a really great two weeks here recently. Firstly the hotel entrance and lobby you are greeted with on arriving is modern and functional. The staff are very friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. The rooms are clean , the food is good 👍.

We have just enjoyed a fantastic week with our daughter. If you are looking for peace and authenticity we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this hotel. If you are reading this is it likely you have read plenty of other reviews as we did, I will cover some of the main points that come up. The hotel is stunning, I personally think you would struggle to find better. The rooms are lovely and cleaned daily. If we were coming again, which is likely. We would bring some packets of coffee and a few coat hangers. There is only a teabag of some description each in the room and no milk. No big deal, just bring your drink of choice with you. There is a shopping precinct including a big supermarket within a 5 minute walk from the hotel. You get 6 hangers a couple, 3 per person. The main pool is massive, as we visited early March, the water was very cold. I think I’m pretty hard core and I could only manage a few lengths at a time. The good news is if you like a cold swim you will have it to yourself. There is a lovely smaller indoor pool as part of the spa. For us (Jet2 ) it was included. As it is small and part of the Spa I can understand why they need to restrict usage. The spa is very expensive, as such it doesn’t seem to get much use, which is a shame, as it’s very nice. They have roof top hot tubs/ spas, however despite some poor weather they were seldom used due to being over priced. The management could do with a course on supply and demand, I witnessed them being used once in a week…. Lower your prices, and increase demand. I can understand why some would pull their rating down around breakfast and dining. If you want British sausage and bacon, you won’t get it. The resort is clearly going for an authentic and healthy vibe. We enjoyed the vast majority of our dining experiences. There are always eggs and omelettes available if you don’t want the cereals, seeds, yogurts, hams, salads etc that are always available. If you don’t want runny eggs or omelettes just ask them to cook them well and they will. The Cat Italian restaurant is a lovely venue, you pay a small supplement and can only use it once. We would highly recommend, the supplement for the three of us was around £15 total and I had the beef. The bar is a lovely setting and a very relaxed vibe. The singer Nawara was fabulous with a great energy,we enjoyed our evenings, our daughter even joined her for a couple of songs. In summary a fantastic hotel if you just want to chill out, relax and are not in a rush. If you are wanting excess and lively I would look elsewhere. It is on our list to revisit.

Très bel hôtel, personnel sympathique. Mention spéciale pour l’accueil au snack de la piscine qui prépare le café du matin avant que vous le demandiez après 3 jours :) Très bon petit déjeuner, particulièrement les viennoiseries même s’il manque un peu de fruits.. Le menu du restaurant pourrait été un peu plus varié. Les chambres sont parfaites.

Un très bel établissement qui tient toutes ses promesses. Un service impeccable, une équipe très serviable et agréable mention spéciale Lala ,Aimen et kalid le chauve de la réception . La décoration du lieu est magnifique, les extérieurs sont impeccables. Attention, l’hôtel est à proximité de l’aéroport et le passage des avions peuvent en gêner certains (ça n’a pas été notre cas).

This hotel may be a so called 5 star hotel but that is by virtue of the facilities it provides - not the quality. At first sight it is impressive- the foyer is lovely and the pool area but then when you look closer the flaws start to appear. We had requested and were told we had been allocated an inward facing room. It was, in-fact, we discovered in the morning overlooking the service area and the noise from the street over night was horrendous. We also discovered in the morning that the balcony door did not lock. We moved the next morning at a small cost. The second room was pleasant enough, but the balconies are absolutely tiny and the whole room is a little bit worn round the edges. But acceptable and comfortable with plenty of hot water. The biggest failure of this hotel is the food. The buffet in the evening (we didn’t have lunch) was one of the most uninspired, meagre offerings that I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Even ones with less of a star rating. Alarmingly the hot dishes were lukewarm at best which is disconcerting. The meat dishes were frankly inedible and if you didn’t get to the buffet early, there was very little meat left- they did not seem to replenish these dishes. The breakfast buffet again offered little choice for a five star hotel. The boiled eggs were brown where they’d been left under a heat lamp for sometime the fruit was non-existent- bar oranges. There was decent enough bread but the pastries were stale-fortunately, they made a good omelette. As for getting anyone to provide us with a cup of tea or coffee, no matter how polite or engaging we tried to be with the waiting staff simply didn’t seem to care. The manager was there one morning and he just wandered around aimlessly. We ate both of the a la carte restaurants- the Moroccan was okay but lacked atmosphere though the staff were very nice there. By contrast the Italian was awful. When we arrived, we were told they did not have a booking for us although there were clearly many seats in the restaurant. they would have been very happy to turn us away at 9 o’clock with only the leftovers of the buffet to enjoy! They pretty much didn’t want to serve us. I asked to speak to a manager and pointed out that we were not responsible for the mistake - she was not remotely apologetic and they reluctantly gave us a table. The whole meal from start to finish took approximately 30 minutes as we were rushed through. As soon as they know that you are all inclusive, the service became even worse. Again we had to ask for wine and water as though we weren’t entitled to it ! Unfortunately, the staff – not all of them but certainly a large proportion act like they are doing you a favour and to be honest this can only really be the fault of the management, which appears to be non-existent in each of the departments. The only staff that were pleasant were reception staff and the porters who can’t do enough for you. I think our overall feeling was that no matter how

Ce petit séjour à Jaal hôtel fut une expérience inoubliable. On rentre avec ma femme la tête plein de souvenirs et apaisé. C'est un cadre magnifique et les chambres sont confortables.Merci beaucoup à tout le personnel et petit coucou à Lala pour son hospitalité.
