Lors de mon séjour au Jaal Riad Resort, j’ai eu le plaisir de dîner au restaurant marocain de l’hôtel, et l’expérience a été tout simplement inoubliable. Dès mon arrivée, l’atmosphère chaleureuse et authentique du restaurant m’a transporté au cœur de la culture marocaine. La décoration traditionnelle, avec ses tapis colorés et ses lanternes en fer forgé, crée un cadre intime et accueillant. Le menu propose une sélection de plats marocains traditionnels, préparés avec des ingrédients frais et de qualité. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le couscous aux légumes, qui était parfaitement assaisonné et d’une finesse remarquable. La Tanjia également délicieuse, avec une viande tendre et une sauce riche en saveurs. Le service était impeccable, avec un personnel attentif et professionnel qui a su répondre à toutes mes attentes.

I would like to begin this review by extending my sincere gratitude to the guest services representative, whose name we unfortunately did not catch. You significantly enhanced our stay with a delightful surprise of a room decorated with flowers. Upon our arrival, guest services warmly welcomed us and provided a tour of the hotel, assisting us in making reservations for the à la carte dining options to celebrate our anniversary. I appreciated the daily check-ins from guest services throughout our stay, which demonstrated a caring attitude. The hotel itself is lovely and well-maintained. We were assigned a beautiful room 2134 overlooking the pool, and we experienced no issues with noise. We opted for the all-inclusive package, which I highly recommend to anyone visiting, as it offers great value. The food at the poolside café was excellent, with a wide array of options including salads, burgers, pizzas, and desserts. We dined at both the Italian and Moroccan à la carte restaurants, with the Italian being our preferred choice. However, we did find the Moroccan restaurant lacking in portion sizes and experienced slow service, likely due to a limited number of waitstaff available for the entire venue. We had breakfast at the buffet, which was somewhat basic compared to other hotels we have visited; however, the omelettes were delightful. I would suggest considering the addition of a bean-to-cup coffee machine at breakfast, along with larger mugs, as I felt the coffee options were lacking. The evening bar provided a pleasant atmosphere to unwind and enjoy the live singer, who had an exceptional voice. The bar staff were consistently helpful, and we did not experience long wait times. Overall, the staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. We look forward to returning to Marrakech in the future
