Hôtel très vieux avec beaucoup de choses à effectuée Travaux,literie,etc… Ne vaux pas un 5 étoiles du tout

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. 4 amazing nights and a lovely afternoon by the pool side. Pool water was cold though.

Bon hôtel, bien situé, propre et le personnel est très aimable.

設備老舊，管理差。 很一般的酒店 老日的星級酒店，問題不在於設備舊，在於管理，多是接待團隊。預訂的房問空調是壞的，等了兩小時才給換了一個一樓房間，但是通往花園的門還是壞的，換句話就是誰都可以進來。 這地方遠離景點，太多要改進的地方了！

很好的體驗，酒店服務人員十分熱情，幫忙拿行李，換零錢，泳池很乾凈，房間舒適整潔，早餐美味，十分適合度假休閑，很好的體驗，期待未來再次入住

沒有對比沒有傷害，摩洛哥本地五星級的酒店對比國內和歐洲來講還是差了些，早餐內容也不多。

Breakfast is not what you expect to get when you pay this much per night. Otherwise friendly staff, good spa massage (thanks Adzidza) and good location with a galleria nearby. Also check out Stah restaurant at the far end of the street.

Perfektes Hotel, sehr luxuriös, Zimmer: groß riesige bequeme Betten, Marmorbad, absolut sauber, Personal sehr freundlich, Essen Buffet: riesig , riesengroße Auswahl, ausgezeichnet, Bar gemütlich gibt sogar Bier und Wein, eher ungewöhnlich für Marokko. Sehr zu empfehlen

Came in the off-season and Ramadan, so not all amenities were available, but most were. Has a bar, swimming pool, poolside restaurant/ bar, fitness room, spa, tea room, etc. The dinners and breakfasts were good. Staff were really nice. Rooms were spacious, clean and appealing. My room had a covered balcony. It a $5 taxi ride to the Souk. This place must be rocki g in summer.

Lovely hotel, staff friendly and helpful, food was great, we had B&B and had dinner at the hotel, great choice. Hotel is clean and comfortable and has a nice spa to relax in. Not far from the center of Marakesh, but be aware of the taxi drivers who take you to the best spice shop, the prices are extremely high, and we got caught for £180 without realising the costs they were giving were in £'s , only on checking bank statements did we see the actual cost! lesson learnt!

Ci abbiamo soggiornato nel tour. Hotel a 5 stelle vere, attrezzato per molti ospiti, con tanti servizi. Camera pulita molto confortevole con ottimo letto, silenziosa, acqua di cortesia. All’esterno bella piscina e tanti cactus altissimi. Cena e colazione a buffet con grande scelta e qualità del cibo.

So much potential Our room was dated with only 1 plug socket in the whole room and a broken curtain. It was comfortable and quiet though which is great. I want to give the hotel 5 stars as it has so much potential if it just made a little more effort. Tables are dirty in dining area and in bedroom but otherwise it’s a clean place. Location is perfect but swimming pool is like ice water so impossible to use. No one used the pool during our stay and all the guests complained about it.
