We had a wonderful experience staying at the Fairmont. The staff is super friendly and helpful. For instance, I left my Kindle at the hotel mistakenly, and the staff found it promptly and will most probably send it back. The facilities are beautiful and the spa is top quality. A terrific stay.

Average hotel but food was terrible for the amount paid

Un hotel excelente en todos los sentidos. El único defecto es la ubicación, ya que es necesario costear taxis continuamente para ir y volver a la ciudad de Marrakech (250DH-350DH) por trayecto. Por lo demás, personalmente, probablemente el mejor hotel de Marrakech, sencillamente espectacular!

It is little bit far from the city center but hotel is amazing like a heaven on earth. Architecture and landscape is perfect. Spa personnel is not kind and friendly. And also there was a problem in the bathroom with water they waited for fixing and cleaning so long.

Une mention spéciale pour Mouhcine, qui a pris soin de nous avec le service en chambre pendant notre séjour, d'une manière irréprochable. Toujours professionnel, il a su apporter cette petite touche qui fait toute la différence. Je recommande cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation.

Ahmed parfait pour le service au restaurant on a passé un moment incroyable avec du rosé une carte au top Mouad au top pour le service de la piscine un endroit magique et dépaysant On a qu une envie revenir voir cette vie de dingue sur les montagnes
