Recently stayed at the Hilton Goa and had a pleasant yet inconsistent experience. The room itself was excellent - very spacious with a large king bed, beautiful furnishings, and sparkling clean bathrooms. The location was also ideal.The breakfast spread was nice. However, the swimming pool was a major disappointment. There seemed to be an overabundance of chlorine or other chemicals in the water that made it uncomfortable to swim in. My eyes stung badly after just a few minutes in the pool … it was basically unusable throughout my stay which was unfortunate.Also there is scope of improvement in the healthclub as well! The hotel staff were courteous and professional but lacked some warmth and hospitality I would expect from a high-end resort. I wouldn't call them rude by any means, but they stuck strictly to business with little smiling or engaging conversation. I was hoping for staff that went the extra mile to create a more welcoming environment. Overall, the Hilton Goa has a lot going for it in terms of room and location. They need to address the pool chemical imbalance and inject more hospitality into their service to excel as a premier 5* hotel. The foundation is there but some tweaks could make this a truly worldclass hotel dest.Thanks

Excellent hospitality had a wonderful stay in Hilton very well staff and and helpful and well trained Sahadat Mayur Viswajeet ,Suman ,Abhijit all did a wonderful service to us all service are good ,Magic Rukhini also was so helpful and His Floor incharge Suraj did a wonderful job to have a comfortable stay

Fantastic stay at Hilton Candolim . Everything is superb Especially wants to thank Vrinda and Aanya from front desk . The only issue is that they charge for the kids playing games which is not necessary in such a esteemed property. Otherwise fantastic stay there.

Great rooms, very spacious, good service, good breakfast spread, nice pool, great views, well located. Golu served us really well. Suraj did a good job, great lobby, good for family and friends , good river side and hill view, other facilities like billiards, carrot, chess etc are also available

Stay was wonderful . Vrinda took our checking and it was very smooth. She also gave us elevator block room as we are senior citizen. She is very cooperative. Restaurant services is upto the mark. We really enjoyed it. Housekeeping services is also good. We look forward to come again

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights attending a family wedding in goa ( reception was held in this hotel). Except for the slope of driveway, and slope leading to Block 5, hotel is quite nice. The stairs leading to block 5 can do with handrails, so would the slope. It was very difficult for the bridal party and guests becoz the lift was not operational on 3rd Jan ( the most important day ! ).

Stay was wonderful.Right from the moment we entered Vrinda was very helpful, she made our stay more comfortable and was helpful throughout the stay. Really liked the property and the view from the room. Really want to thanks Mr Kamaljeet chef he was very helpful. Will surely come again and recommend to visit the property.

I had pleasure of staying in Hilton gao resort for 3 days ,from the moment I arrived, I was impressed by hospitality of the staff.the entire staff was very helpful specially Golu and samaran and also food was very tasty and I enjoyed .one of the best hotel we’ve stayed in

Stunning and tranquil hotel offering luxury. The location of this hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of the beach which is exactly what we wanted after our travels India, however a quick taxi ( which the hotel can organise) takes you the beach 5mins away. The rooms were amazing with stunning views (ours were 3306 and 3307). The people at the hotel made the hotel stay extra special. Adarsh in Housekeeping helped with our room key as well as Deepajyoti in Maintenance too. Avinash was great at the bar. Sejal helped and advised with places to visit close by. Vigdesh the Pastry Chef - him and his team make the most stunning pastries. Srinath left our room immaculate and was always happy to help and assist with housekeeping requirements and finally Tina - i think Guest Relations was again so helpful and warm. Thank you all for making our News Years Celebrations so special at your hotel.
