Large and spacious with a spa bath which I loved using. Bed was comfy. Did find the groove in the sofa cushions containing a LOT of old crumbs though, which was a bit gross.

Big 2 bed 2 bath apartment, ( other configurations available) everything you need, starter packs supplied, but supermarket along side if you need extra. Clean, well appointed and maintained. Balcony. Quiet, friendly managers, secure parking, easy walk to cafes and restaurants, and sunshine plaza. Highly recommend, and would book again.

We always stay at the M1. The managers are wonderful and look after you. I give it 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. They are spacious. The pool is so clean and lovely to swim in. M1 is so handy to restaurants and shop. The plaza is not far to go to the movies.

A lot to like about this place but a few small things let it down a bit. 1. Reasonably well equipped for cooking but the kettle is wonky, only 2 pans and the colander isn't very big. Only provide a flimsy cloth for washing and two sachets of detergent included. This could be improved. 2. Laundry is great, washer and dryer, ironing board, etc. Dryer took me around 6 attempts to work but got there in the end. Perhaps a bit old. Washer was a modern LG top loader super easy to use. Sone detergent supplied which was handy. 3. Location is nice and quiet, with well rated restaurants like Soka and Orleans a very close walk away and both well rated. A Woolies is also practically next door. 4. Cleanliness was pretty good, not perfect, the shower was not clean enough for my liking. 5. Really comfy sofas, beds ok, pillows not the worst, great balcony. Over all I would stay again. Katrina was lovely upon check in and we could check in early which was geat. I just hope they clean the bathroom showers better in future.

What a great place to stay. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was so spacious! Huge balcony and plenty of space in the entire unit. Easy parking. So close to shops in case you wanted something. Walking distance to the beach and protected area for the little ones leading into the creek.Will be back.

Top notch place in Marrochydore. Really great place with lots of great features and really good management. Katrina was a pleasure to deal with, and even though we encountered some issues with the room and parking they were handled quickly and definitely to my satisfaction. Really can’t commend the level of current customer service enough. I will be making several trips up to the Sunshine Coast for work over the next three months and M1 will be a place I look at every time I return. The location is fabulous as it is walking distance to Cottontree and a lovely beach area. The food available in the surrounding area is fantastic as well and easy to walk to. And there is a woollies right there in the shopping centre next to the building for easy convenience. Very nice place to stay and very spacious.

Very good spot, nice apartment, great views, lovely staff, easy access. Carpet in master was not vacuumed, Bed was very low and pillows were very flattish. Other than that, it was good. would stay again.

Me and my family (6 in total) stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which was spacious, modern and clean. We had the view of both the river and the pool area. We have never been in this part of Queensland but we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Friendly, helpful lady at reception. Really great location, woolworths very close by, large shopping centre within walking distance.

Amazing place to stay. Unit was spacious and very clean. The views from our apartment on level 9 were great. Shared ammenities were clean and well looked after. Close to shopping and restaurants. We will stay again when going back to Maroochydore.

Relaxing with a great outdoor pool Location was excellent. Very spacious apartment. Great to have washing and drying,, also kitchen was well appointed. The supply of tea coffee,shower gel, washing up liquid etc was very limited so for a ten night stay we had to purchase everything. Also a non refundable deposit $10 for the two pool towels was excessive! Staff on reception were excellent.

Sunshine Coast Stays M1 Resort was excellent, huge three bedroom apartment, with great views. Awesome location to all food, tourist and amenities. A little issue when we arrived was resolved immediately by the M1 team. Highly recommend staying here compared to some other site around this area.
