Stayed here last July and came back, all still good, rooms have been upgraded new bathrooms, staff still very helpful especially jack, Charlie, touran and azzard, only downside in October was that the pool was absolutely freezing I went in once but my son was in every day going back nxt year. Close to everything you need

We went to these apartments several years ago. The only thing I can remember were they were close to the beach near Karen's where we sit on the beach. We booked a one bedroom apartment, which was ok, we got a safe and Internet which is optional, we had a few drinks in the bar he was a pleasant guy. I asked Jack if we could have a room round the back, his reply was we were full. We asked him about the water, as it was freezing cold most of the day, his reply was It's solar it'll be hot at 4,30, is that when he switches it on. If this is solar when the temperature is 29 degrees, we dont want it in the UK, it was only luke warm at 4.30, so no warm showers in the morning. I can't believe how no one mentions this in the reviews. We've been to Marmaris a few times and never had freezing water. You only get one toilet roll for your whole holiday. My sister went to a hotel up the road at the same time as us and their water was red hot all the time. I know the owner slags us off as drunken lazy Brits and will have something to say, we are teetotal and like to walk 20.000 steps a day. We have stayed at Club Ako a few times, which is a better, hot water nicer place, so if I come again we will stay there. I don't understand people saying Jack makes your holiday. The guy ignores you all the time, I suppose if you have 3 meals and drinks there, he might talk. Who knows.

Third floor accommodation which is a killer..self catering it is not, one wee electric ring, no toaster or microwave..the fridge is ok but the freezer was a block of ice which we had to defrost first day. TV did not work reception was terrible. Then we get to the good part. The pool is green not the blue as it shows, the cleaners and bar staff sit about in groups making it uncomfortable with zero atmosphere. Staff rude unless you are spending money with them. I wud suggest locking anything valuable in your suitcase locked when out if you don't pay for a safe... There is never anyone at reception...Food does not look appealing at all. The best part of this holiday was being advised by the other holiday guests to go spend the day at the Fidan where u can drink,eat and swim in their beautiful blue pool and the atmosphere is amazing..Barman is so friendly and welcoming. Met so many lovely people at the Fidan so if you want a good holiday just book their and save urself a headache. Also Fidan has great food, beautiful rooms and apartments great..
