We’re shall I start 🙈 arrived after a very long day to be met by receptionist who was very rude about my size looks saying I’m a big English hitman !! VERY RUDE First time in turkey and found it very uncomfortable how the men was acting around the women NOT NICE After paying for all the hidden extras at a price we went for a quick drink before bed only to be told you have to put money on a card to use around the hotel bar and shop 😂 laughing stock BE CAREFUL £500 that I thought would last all 2weeks actually lasted 3 days and we only bought essentials from the shop and roughly about 10 drinks as we was out exploring all 3 days we asked for a receipt after a couple on the 4th night and they was charging for drinks that we never ordered when confronted their was no help just mucky looks off all bar staff Couldn’t get a sun bed for love no money from people putting towels on at 5am everyday and returning at10/11 am maybe later Also bought a ring for the mrs For £350 English sterling for only the ring to literally fall apart less than 1 month later lol happy to take money but still trying to get in touch now 8 months down the line won’t reply to emails and won’t answer the phone VERY EXPENSIVE VERY RUDE DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE VERY LOUD WOULDNT RECOMMEND AT ALL

We have just came home on Wednesday and stayed for one week. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel! All the staff are absolutely amazing and so friendly. It was our first time in marmaris so I checked all the reviews before booking here which had so many good reviews and wow it didn’t disappoint. It’s a fantastic family hotel. It’s a basic apartment but very clean and good for what we needed it for. The only thing is it doesn’t come with any washing up liquid, soap or sponges so make sure to buy that from the local shop. It also doesn’t come with free WiFi but you can rent a WiFi box from reception. Also the pool water in October is freezing which is nothing that the hotel can help it’s just the time of the year so I would keep that in mind when booking for next time as my girls wouldn’t go in the pool very much. Although the water is freezing it’s still nice weather during the day high 20s and low 20s at night - we wore hoodies and light jackets at nights. The kids club is great the two ladies were brilliant with our girls (5 years old and 11 years old) they went a few times they did colouring in, made cakes, sang songs etc. My little girl wanted to go everyday and said it was her “school on holiday.” 🥹 The entertainment at night is great it starts at 9pm which is a little late for some people so I understand but it was fine for my girls as we’re not strict on bed times on holiday. All the staff put on a fab show even for it not being too busy at this time of year so couldn’t commend them more. They put on different things every night so nobody gets bored and get all the kids to come up and get involved! They make sure you’re enjoying your holiday to the fullest and they all remembered our names which is such a sweet touch. The diamond spa is fab. We done a family spa package including the Turkish bath which I highly recommend! Ahmet Aslan and his staff will make sure you’re very well taken care of. Me and my husband also booked two more 1 hour massages through out the week since we loved it so much and their prices were great! The lady Betty who did our massages really knows what she’s doing. The location itself is great it’s about 5 mins walk from all the main shops and restaurants. About 10 mins walk to the beach. We ate lunch three times at the hotel restaurant and the food is great. We were always out and about so we ended up eating out most of the time. We would definitely come back here again!

We have just returned from our stay at Club Aida Marmaris for 7 nights. This was a very good base in terms of location. It was spotlessly clean. Our cleaner did an amazing job every day. We got new, clean towels each day. The staff were very helpful. Anything we asked for they could accommodate. We paid £42 for air conditioning, which we needed! It was still 25 degrees in temperature, beautiful sunny weather. Not uncomfortably hot. We didn't bother paying for a safe as we carried our money and passports and we didn't need the TV as kids had their own devices to watch on. The Diamond Family Spa with Ahmet Aslan is great too! We got a Turkish Bath at Club Aida right at the end of our trip. It is on site so very convenient. It was a great experience and nothing felt rushed at all. It was a completely relaxing experience. The setting was very beautiful and relaxing. The staff were all friendly. The children had a great experience. The massages included in the Turkish Bath was amazing. Very good value for money as the massage was for 1 hour. I also got a facial, which was very relaxing. Ahmet really wanted us to have the best experience. He ensured that when I went in, there were no male customer or male workers around so it was completely private for me (I am a practising, Muslim who wears the headscarf). It was a good price for the amount of time we were given. We also got a pedicure from the hairdressing place downstairs. It was £20. Did the job. We went on a Sunday and the hairdressers were not there, probably as it is coming up to end of season. Reggie approached us at the start of the week and was very friendly. I should have asked if it was closed as I would have got my boys hair cut done before instead of waiting until the end of the holiday. The food is also good at Club Aida. We only ate there twice as we were out and about most of the time. Really good menu for the kids! They were very good with allergies and made my daughter grilled chicken and chips. She has anaphalactic allergies to nuts, seeds, eggs, fish and dairy. They took the allergies seriously. The things I didn't like about Club Aida is that the pool is not suitable for children who are not confident swimmers. There are two pools. One which my children considered the baby pool. The water came up to half way between their feet and knees. The main pool was 5ft deep with no shallow end. So we did not use the pool at all. They also didn't like Kids Club. They went once and it was just colouring. They also closed it 10 minutes early and let the kids come to hotel room on their own. My issue was, what if we had decided to not be in? At that time we were getting ready to leave to collect them. What if we missed each other? The kids disco starts too late at 9pm. The music is very loud and goes on until midnight. The entertainment team shout into the microphone, not realising that shouting is not necessary when using mic. We never went to the entertainment in the evening as it was

Best time ever! Entertainment was the best! Dodo, Pablo made are holiday! Kids absolutely loved every minute aswell as me and my husband ❤️ Very clean hotel, plenty to do. Will 100% be going back ne t year. Food was excellent 👌 restaurant staff very friendly. Tattoo shop excellent.

Had the best time here it was our first time as a family and it did not disappoint all the staff were amazing I have to give a special shout out to Dodo and his team Pablo and Ding ding haha They treated my family with so much respect and the entertainment was top notch so much so we arrived back in the UK yesterday and we have already booked for next year Rooms were spotless and cleaned with bed change every day food was brilliant Just an amazing place

Absolutely love this hotel, been visiting now for many years and always made to feel really welcome and part of a family. Entertainment staff brilliant and great with our children. My daughter had an accident and hurt her foot and the manager couldn’t have done any more for us from getting the doctor in to transporting her to the hospital then taking us back down to bring her back. Will return again next year for sure special thanks to ginger, pablo, ding ding and other entertainers and special thanks to general manager Murat.

this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in during all my years of travelling, myself and my family are always welcomed with open arms. i wish i could visit more as i feel a part of a family when i come here as myself and my family are always well looked after. i couldn’t praise this hotel and its staff enough .

Don’t think words could describe. This place was amazing. The food the staff the rooms poolside entertainment everything !! The staff are so friendly and can’t help you out enough. No request to small is an issue. The food is incredible The prices were reasonable and couldn’t complain one bit The entertainment staff we’re absolutely incredible they kept us entertained every moment throughout the day and without the entertainment team I don’t think it would be as amazing Dodo and the crew we love you. This hotel is amazing for people of all ages. The hotel was spotless, food was amazing but most of all the staff were the highlight. They are so kind and funny, making you feel welcome and included. Shoutout to Dodo and Pablo I love you both🫶🏻funniest and kindest people ever

Just had the best time at Aida, absolutely fantastic holiday. We have been coming here for over 17 years and it's nice to see so many friendly faces of staff and returning visitors,entertainment team ginger,dodo,pablo,ding ding they all running for your smile and also kids entertainment girls all day long with kids waiter they always helpful and bar staff they always smiles probably I'm gonna coming back with my family

Just returned from a 3 week stay at Aida, Year after year it pleases, everything from the rooms to restaurant are immaculate. The entertainment team led by Ginger go out thier way to make your holiday enjoyable working tirelessly everyday. The daily kids club is the perfect place for you little ones to have respite from the sun. Reggie in the onsite salon offers every treatment imaginable. There is an onsite photographer ( Selila) who is always on hand to capture you memorable moments. The Spa is fantastic, clean and the staff are very professional. Anyone looking for a self catering hotel in turkey, look no further than Club Aida, like us you will return year after year 😊

We had a week's stay after a cruise. Short but steep hill to the entrance. We were in room 5104 a top floor pool facing room. Room was in the eaves so low ceilings. Adequate for 2 adults to small for more than 2 adults. Extremely clean, maids daily with fresh towels. Odd bed cover that doesn't cover the double bed like an old fashion rough blanket. Balcony never got any sun due to room position . Pool extremely busy with large amount of families using the kid clubs, kids pool and slides this is a family oriented hotel. Entertainment. Well the noise was terrible the staff seem not to be aware that a microphone amplifies your voice so you do need to shout down it. Night entertainment went to at least midnight pool view rooms the bedrooms and living rooms all face the pool it's very very very loud. We wouldn't return as it focus on family which is fine but is just not for us.
