Pineta Park Deluxe Hotel - All Inclusive

Please beware people the hotel in the picture is incorrect, it is in fact the hotel next door. I told Trip Advisor of this back in September. Only the pool in the foreground belongs to Pineta park. No entertainment, even though there are 2 empty rooms with bars, that could accommodate it. The only entertainment in 10 days was a belly dancer twice & bingo about four times in the afternoon. There is a half hour of kids entertainment but it starts at 9pm. The shower room you use when you have checked out had 2 showers. One with no door & one with no shower but a hole in the wall instead. Food was okay but doors open all the time & you couldn’t leave your plate because flies around food.. No ice creams in all inclusive Staff were friendly though Though one borrowed my friends phone so he could give the hotel a good review.

Don't go at the end of season.. Very limited food and drink.. Booked all inclusive..the only alcohol on offer was vodka, gin or lager.. And the only soft drinks..fanta and cola..breakfast was the same every morning..as was lunch and dinner.. Staff didn't speak very good English My daughter had 2 use Google translate.. Sitting by the pool, you get pestered by the staff from the shops.. The rooms are very basic..beds are very uncomfortable, pillows like breez blocks..the shower head was hanging from the wall..just not a very nice hotel..

Low standard in everything! One bar and one man to serve all the guests! There is no bar in the lobby, and the sports equipment is completely unusable. Most important of all, they gave me a standard room instead of booking a deluxe room!? It required me to argue for a long time with the management and threaten to contact ******* which forced them to give me delux room as my reservation. I really regretted for booking five paid nights for such a hotel!

The one good thing about the hotel was the pool rooms are dated it needs a re-paint throughout hairdryer in bathroom glued together very dangerous food was repetitive &tasteless we ate out every night

This works out at £115 for a night in a standard twin. It is very dirty with broken fittings. The beds are odd with no proper sheet. The breakfast is all spaced out and not one person spoke to me, it was really not a nice place and customer service was zero. I asked for a receipt on check out and had to wait 10 mins for a manager to do that!!!

We got there early morning all seem OK till next day food was hit and miss my daughter lived on chips buns and fruit don't cater for kids no entertainment what so ever staff ignorant apart from 2 people dj was fantastic he did everything for us the dj chuckie has a 10 star review awesome one person in restaurant brilliant always there to help always say hi morning evening give u time a day he got tips him alone the rest absolutely shocking would never go bk more suited to older people
