African Sky Villas

Our stay at African Sky Villas was truly magical and a place we will never forget. The villa, with its two bedrooms (both with ensuite bathrooms), fully equipped kitchen, private pool, outdoor seating area, fire pit, and outdoor showers, was perfect for our family. Morning, noon, and night, we loved sitting outside listening to the sounds of Marloth Park while watching a steady stream of animals walking by. One day as we were swimming in the pool a herd of zebras walked by! A special shout-out to our hosts Donovan, Sarah, and Leon, who treated us like gold, kept us well fed with delicious, locally-sourced food, and provided us with insider tips to make the most of our stay. We were all so sad to leave after our four nights here and we miss it already.

Hands down the best place to stay in Marloth, Kruger. Everything is beyond outstanding. In the middle of wildlife, in absolute luxury comfort. From your own private plunge pool to an amazing private boma braai area. Fantastic room. Fully equipped kitchen. Staff are so welcoming, you feel like a friend. Wildlife come right up to your villa. It's fantastic. If you have the opportunity to stay here, don't miss it! After staying here, I can totally understand why it's so popular.

Our experience in Marloth Park and Kruger was absolutely fantastic and unforgettable, largely due to the special welcome at African Sky Villas. The conditions at the Lodge were perfect for rest and relax, always having in mind that we were in the African savannah, immersed in the local ecosystem and in close contact with wild animals: zebras (we were lucky enough to be able to feed them by hand right outside the Lodge!), impalas, giraffes,... But, the most important to make this experience unforgettable were the African Sky Vilas staff who helped us organise our stay and received us. We had a precious support of Sarah who answered countless questions I asked throughout the preparations for the trip, arranged the booking of the transfers we needed (from Maputo, on arrival, and to Ponta Malongane, on departure). She was extremely professional and, from the very beginning, gave us great confidence that every detail would be taken care of and everything would be perfect. Donovan and Leon's hosting was extraordinary. They were always available, they created the personalised atmosphere of a family lodge, made us feel like we were in a unique place in the African savanna, and provided us local experiences, the contact with the animals that constantly surround the lodge and tasting the local cuisine, which we really enjoyed. We also had exceptional guides with great dedication and professionalism on the tours and safaris organised by the lodge. It was an experience that exceeded our expectations (which were already very high...). I hope to return and do it all again! Ana Ferraz

Wir waren 3 Nächte in der African sky Villa . Das gesamte Team ist Mega aufmerksam und antwortet sofort wenn man eine Frage stellt . Donovan ist ein absoluter Hauptgewinn! Er ist so nett , sofort zur Stelle und hat uns ganz viel über die Tiere in marloth Park erklärt . Eine Tour hätte er auch mit uns durch den Park gemacht wenn wir das gewollt Hätten . Wir hatten das Abendessen und Frühstück gebucht . Es war beides sehr lecker . Die Zimmer sind perfekt für Familien. Es gibt eine sehr saubere Küche in der man selber kochen kann. Wir haben aber bevorzugt zu grillen und uns abends ein Feuer zu machen. 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist ein Aussichtspunkt Wo man super Tiere beobachten kann. Wir wünschen dem Team und vor allem Donovan alles liebe ! Und viell sieht man sich wieder .

Reservamos la villa de dos dormitorios, uno para nuestro hijo. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas, con mosquiteros, y un baño dentro de cada dormitorio, con ducha, toallas, el caudal de agua muy bueno, abundante. Todo muy limpio. La cocina muy amplia y con todo el menaje necesario, aunque nosotros no la usamos. La zona exterior muy bonita, con vegetación, zona chill out con mucho espacio y sillones, zona de comedor, zona de barbacoa y una preciosa piscina ideal para un chapuzón tras estar todo el día de safari. La villa está en un entorno natural con animales como antílopes, cebras a dos metros de la villa, y hasta jirafas en las inmediaciones del camino. Nos prepararon el desayuno para llevar ya que salíamos muy pronto hacia el kruger (5:30am). Una mención especial para Sarah y Donovan, siempre pendientes de que todo fuese de nuestro agrado, encantadores y nos ayudaron mucho. Sin duda repetiremos.
