"Well for starting when I got there, the air conditioner didn’t work in my original room. They switch me to a different room so by the time that I had been switched and everything moved upstairs, I was so exhausted I they gave me one bed and a pullout couch IWell for starting when I got there, they air conditioner didn’t work in my original room. They switch me to a different room so by the time that I had been switched and everything moved upstairs, I was so exhausted I they gave me one bed and a pullout couch I played for two beds, and, then the hot tub was down and I was not made aware of this online or in the establishment. Nobody even said anything at the time of check whole point of getting a hotel room was for the hot tub. There was no extra linens for the pullout couch, and the staff at the desk was very very rude."
