Welcome to our Ranch House, nestled within the heart of our family-owned and operated cattle ranch. Situated just minutes away from Walmart, the White River, and Bull Shoals Lake, our location offers both convenience and breathtaking natural beauty. Whether you're here with your family or a group of friends, you'll find ample space to relax and soak in the scenic views. For those bringing boats, our property provides plenty of parking space, including two covered stalls (as long as they are not too tall). Inside, the garage is heated and cooled, creating a perfect spot for a game of ping pong or enjoy the big game on the 75-inch TV in the adjacent room. Our spacious kitchen is well-equipped, featuring both an electric and gas range, along with a double oven, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare meals of any size. Should you find any amenities missing, please let us know during your stay, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Please be aware that our ranch is a working operation, and you may see daily checks on the cows and calves. For your safety, we kindly request that you do not cross any fences into the fields. It's worth mentioning that our house is located beside Double XX Boat Co., adding to the unique charm of our surroundings.
