The room always very clean,the person checking me in was courteous even when the wrong date was put in I needed the 22 and on reservation was the 23 check in he very kindly switched to the 22nd will be staying again in future

Have stayed here many times in the past but they have let it run down really bad. Checked in late. T.V. did not work and wasn't offered any refund for inconvenience of that. Room as really bad and furniture was dirty. I was afraid to sit my bags in the chair for the dirt. Only pet friendly hotel in Marion. Guess I will have to look at different locations close to Marion next time. So sad because staff is friendly but can't deal with the hotel itself.
