Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay

To celebrate my wife’s birthday, we booked a week stay at the Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay resort. There are not enough words to describe this beautiful hotel... fantastic spacious suites (villas), tastefully decorated. We enjoyed an upgrade by the management to a 2-bedroom suite on the beach with a private pool... I have never seen any suite like this in my life (and we travel a lot). But not only the suites are beautiful, every part of the hotel, whether it’s the restaurants, lobby, bar, outside areas, etc., is decorated and furnished in a very exceptional way, down to the smallest detail. You have to see it to believe it... really. Everyone on the staff went all the way to please us and make us feel at home. All of the restaurants were top-notch, the food and service of the highest standard! Special thanks to Jean-Desire, the director of the restaurants, who even organized a Moroccan dinner in our suite, with private staff to serve us the most tasteful local food in a typical Moroccan atmosphere. Because of some raindrops during our stay, we discovered the magnificent SPA. Again, no words can describe how beautiful all the facilities are; swimming pools, steam baths, hammam, gym, juice bar, relaxation rooms, etc. Also, the treatments are of an exceptionally high standard. Absolutely first class experience from beginning to end. A really special part of the world, made better by the extraordinary hospitality of all of the staff at Royal Mansour Tamuda Bay. A perfect place for some off-season sun, the mediterranean sea with mountains behind it provides for a spectacular atmosphere. The food is fantastic, with very high attention to detail, and some lovely local Moroccan specialities.

Une expérience incroyable de l’arrivée au départ. Tout le monde était aux petits soins et nous avons surtout apprécié la bienveillance des équipes et du management dans son ensemble. La suite était formidable avec une vue époustouflante. Les volumes de la suite sont très impressionnants et contribuent largement à passer un moment hors du temps. Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard et notre départ le lendemain ne nous a pas permis de tester tous les service de l’hôtel cependant notre expérience au bar et au restaurant coccinella était exceptionnelle. Une adresse incontournable pour découvrir la côte méditerranéenne du Maroc.

I think, no, I know, that I have just stayed in the one of the best hotels in the world that I have had the pleasure of experiencing. The quality of service, the friendliness, the complete ambience of luxury and care gives the Mansour Royal the edge over every other hotel. A fabulous, unparalleled stay that I will never forget, indeed, which to return to time and again. From Senior Management to Housekeeping, the service is exemplary. The cleanliness and standard of attention to detail unparalleled. The food in The Table outstanding and the Cocinella equalled it. Breakfast was a joy and a triumph in choice and again quality. Nothing is to much trouble, the staff are superb at fulfilling every need. I so did not want to leave, but when I did, it felt as though I was leaving a very special family. A family dedicated to guest happiness. Every single person deserves a mention and carries my respect and admiration for all their hard work. I have to mention Said, our driver, who gave his heart and soul to making our stay so very special. Please do seriously consider this place as the ultimate destination. It really is superb

Ayant beaucoup voyagé dans de très très beaux hôtels en particulier en Asie et amatrice des hôtels Aman, j attendais avec impatience mon séjour au Royal Mansour. C est presque indescriptible, cela doit être vécu. Le lieu est déjà magique, les installations remarquables et le personnel comme rarement côtoyé… super efficace, super professionnel, évidemment adorable … le must, le top.. l excellence. La plage est magique, la piscine est un peu fraîche mais dynamisante … À faire sans modération et nous reviendrons à la belle saison

A wonderful palace in a little known part of the country. The service and facilities are top of the line. The staff in particular is remarkable in being present but never intrusive. The facilites are world class (beach, outdoor and interior swimming pools, spa, gym and rooms). The restaurants are still going through some initial teething pains. The breakfast is a remarkable experience. We also enjoyed very much the bar and the Italian restaurant. The Spanish restaurant was disappointing in terms of the food (quite bland experience, even if the staff was very friendly). One small gripe, what is missing is a version of La Grande Table maroccain (even if Moroccon options are available for room service). We will certainly return.
