good place to organize day trips Pros: The apartment was clean and had plenty of towels and the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary pots and pans if you wish to cook. However, no salt, pepper, oil, or sugar was available, so if staying short term not worth buying to cook a few meals. Another plus was a cloth washing machine and space to hang clothing to dry outside. The location: walking distance to marina shopping/restaurants and beaches (the beaches in the area are very shallow and not goo for swimming, in my opinion the best beaches were found in Mondello, near Palermo). Nice place to stay and go for day trips to Ragusa, Modica, Scicli, Siracusa, etc. Cons: the shower is super small, barely fits a normal person. There was not shampoo, conditioner or soap provided. There is no place to hold a bar of soap or shampoo bottles. If you are large, It would be impossible to kneel and pick up from the floor as it is such a tiny shower space. On top of this the shower drain was clogged and the water did not drain easily! I did request to get it fixed, however, the water continued to drain slowly and the only way to use the shower was to turn the water off, wait for it to drain and continue to shower. The apartment, towels, etc. were strongly perfumed. In spite that I had requested no perfumes due to allergies ( we suspect that they are trying to hide odors. It is definitely a personal opinion, but the mattress in the main room was not comfortable. The gate was difficult to operate.

It's a clean unit in a gated community. The beach portion right across the street isn't swimmable, but it's a very short drive or 20-minute walk to the main beach where you can swim. A nature reserve is a mere 5-minute drive away. It offers bird watching and beach walking. Very good restaurants around, a full grocery store is a short drive away. We enjoyed our stay very much. Owner wants to rely on WhatsApp communication but will use email if you insist.

Siamo andati quest'anno per la quarta volta per la nostra settimana di puro "relax marino". Basta già questo per dare un voto alla nostra soddisfazione. La soluzione è perfetta per chi vuole godere del mare di Marina di Ragusa senza essere al centro del caos. Centro del caos facilmente raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata sul lungomare. Alessandro si rivela host gentile, attento e disponibile per ogni esigenza o imprevisto dovesse presentarsi.

Appartamento pulitissimo e spazioso ,noi avevamo il terrazzo che era molto comodo sia per mangiare (con barbecue e lavello) sia per stendere i panni. La casa era completa di tutti gli arredi e non ho dovuto portarmi ne comprare nulla ...posizionata vicinissima al mare ma un po' distante dal centro ,in compenso la zona era tranquilla a parte il rumore della strada che si sentiva solo dalla parte delle camere da letto...ma comunque niente di esagerato... complimenti ancora per la pulizia e gli accessori ..non mancava niente😃

Personale accogliente, struttura buona e pulita, abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario. Unico piccolo punto nella doccia mancava un cestello appoggia bagnoschiuma e shampoo, molto scomodo poggiarli a terra. Per il resto ci ritorneremo volentieri. Grazie
