我購買的是有陽台的套房，然後他給了兩張床的房間套房的價格和兩張房間的價格不一樣，對此我表示很不滿意

Rooms were clean, just a little average/outdated compared to the new lobby. Beds are firm but comfortable. Microwave and fridge inside room. It’s about a 20 minute drive into the city depending on traffic but for the price of the room it was worth it for us as we rented a car anyway. Parking lot was also free to use. Did not use the pools and decided to pass on the restaurant so cannot speak on those. The staff however was amazing, especially Tonya! So sweet and friendly. Montana was also very welcoming.

The hotel pictures are different from what I have seen on their website. The lift is making a weird sound as if it’s going to collapse. Also, when I called for the 200$ deposit I was asked to give till my checking out, the lady who picked the call said that it will take 14 business days. She was rude over the phone. I won’t recommend this hotel at all. Hoping to get back my 200$
