This hotel positioned as 3 star, but it is not. There no normal table in the room. Only mirror in the room located in toilet in place, that make it impossible to use. There are no wardrobe, drawers next to the bed. You can only sleep in the room. Besides, the breakfast is served in another hotel, and there is almost nothing to eat: one sort of bread, one sort of croissant, jem, yogurt. If you like to have some cheese and ham, you should pay 3 euro extra per person per day. Do you want eggs or pankeks? Forget, it is not possible at all. I've never ever visited sush horrible place.

The room was very clean and tidy. Although the location is not in Venice city centre but it’s only a 10-15 mins bus ride there so it’s not too bad.

Dunque, non so cosa dire si questo hotel perché al momento del check in ci hanno fatto andare nell'hotel di fronte, il Mondial, perché, hanno detto, c'erano poche prenotazioni. Hotel standard per dormire e basta. Non adatto a persone come noi che pretenderebbero almeno 1 colazione decente. Sicuramente è comodissimo x andare a Venezia con i mezzi, 15 m8n di autobus c9n fermata davanti all'hotel. Nelle vicinanze, almeno in inverno, non c'è un ristorante decente

Se per motivi di lavoro doveste trovarvi a dormire a Venezia Mestre...scappate da questo hotel, dove il letto è sfondato, le prese di corrente mal funzionanti, ogni parte dell'hotel maleodorante, sporca, rovinata, dove non troverete un bidet, con doccia col cavo rotto, dove la colazione non è inclusa... E il bello è che si spaccia per un tre stelle!!! Ma vergognatevi!

The hotel is a bit on the old side, really needs a revamp! It is good value for money with the option to have a super breakfast at their sister hotel across the road at only €5 per person! Great location but the neighborhood is terrible which is a real shame. Don't follow Google maps from the station as it takes you through a very unsafe underpass... Drug ******* shooting up and strange people. Use the exit from below the platforms of the station, direction illoa I think it's called, then the hotel is about 2 minutes away. You can get a bus or tram to and from the centre of Mestre and also to Venice. Just ask the super helpful and lovely staff, they will put you in the right direction!

Habitaciones viejas y pequeñas. Las camas son muy incomodas, hay problemas de cañerias. Tuvimos una mala experiencia a la hora del check out. Sólo se puede hasta las 10. Con un costo adicional de 20€ si es más tarde. En ningún momento nos explicaron esto y fuimos a las 10:40 sin saberlo y tuvimos que abonar el importe. Mala experiencia en líneas generales. El desayuno es en otro hotel, bastante pésimo también. Sin duda. No volveremos. Lo único que se puede salvar es que está al lado de la estación de Mestre.
