We have wanted to come to the Holiday Inn resort in Marco Island forever. It finally happened and the resort is so quiet and very beautiful. We had no issues at all. The resort is awesome. Great restaurants in the area. Nice beaches however we had a bunch of rain stay with us. Beautiful Island. Beautiful resort.

I really enjoy staying at HICV locations. Booked this one thinking it had all the amenities the others do. Restaurant, bar, tennis courts, small sundries shop, etc. Was very disappointed when checked in here. Albeit very nice rooms but it's a hotel. Period. Wouldn't recommend it if you really wanted a " redort" style location.

5 star service, more than we expected. We had to travel to a family reunion in Naples, and HI Marco Island was one of the best priced properties available. It fit the whole family is 2 villas, and I am loyal to IHG so win win. The property exceeded our expectations. Room was clean and SO comfortable. The property itself was very quiet considering it was almost to capacity. The coffee in the lobby was really good! Shuttle to the beach was a perk we made a lot of use of, and i did not expect to. the driver and front desk were all so nice - helped us with our bags, offered us loaner chairs and were really quick when we needed to return. This was a huge time and money saver for such a small amenity fee. The pool is very small, but the pool and hot tub were clean. I guess people don't come to Marco Island for the resort because i did not find one hotel with an extravagant pool :) The Esplanade was a great spot for food and drinks - Mangos food was delicious. Winn Dixie - right downstairs! I think we will come to Naples again JUST for this hotel. Thank you to the shuttle driver (Sorry i dont know his name) and LINDA at the front desk for both going above and beyond for all of us.

Absolutely great place, located within walking distance of various restaurants and shops. Friendly no fuss check in, our apartment (201) was perfect, clean and great view. We had a large private terrace with outside furniture. We could not fault a single thing and will book again. Yes, at the moment there is painting/building work being carried out but you hardly notice and even the painters were friendly. We were also notified this before arriving. Thank you for our break.

Resort is so run down elevators were filthy. walk way to room was soo dirty and broken up. Was there 3 years ago was nice now they just don't care. stay away !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Complained and was told they would clean but they did nothing

We travelled with another family so 7 of us. The 3 bedroom suite was huge and accommodated us comfortably. Kitchen was great, 8 seater dinning table, sofa bed and outdoor balcony. Aircon was lovely and quiet. Pool area overlooking a waterway was nice and the staff were excellent. Free transfers to and from the beach.

As stated before, pictures do not do this place justice. The employees are so friendly, rooms are outstanding, pool is beautiful. Coolers and chairs for the beach are complimentary. What other hotel does this?? Complimentary shuttle runs to the beaches on demand. We had a 3 bed/2bath suite with and awesome kitchen. We could not have asked for a better stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Holiday Inn Sunset Cove. Our three bedroom suite was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. There is a large grocery store right behind the hotel that we visited most days. Our balcony had a beautiful view of the lagoon with the the ocean behind. Although not directly on the beach the hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from one of two beaches on the island, they also provide foldable chairs, an umbrella and a cooler which we used daily. We enjoyed the swimming pool when we returned from the beach. The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is a pleasant one. We would particularly like to say a huge thank you to Daniel for helping us start our broken-down hire car on the morning of our airport journey which enabled us to catch our flight home to the UK. Daniel was far quicker and far more reliable than the road side assistance we had to pay extra for with Alamo!! If we ever return to Marco Island we will most definitely rebook at the Holiday Inn, Sunset Cove.

This was a great vacation for my family (12 of us)! The staff/workers were all fantastic and very helpful with anything we needed. We have stayed at many of the Holiday Inn Club Vacations in FL, TX, MO, NV, & LA. This was probably a top 3 stay regarding the workers being very helpful. The 3 bedroom was very nice and the furnishings. This resort isn’t quite as “kid-friendly” as many of the other Holiday Inn clubs. They have a nice pool, a game room that has ping pong, air hockey, and foosball. They also have games/card games. The bike were great as well. Everything is free to checkout. The shuttle to South Beach is very accommodating because it drops you off right at the boardwalk. No need to take your car and pay for parking. You can also get dropped off at Tigertail Beach, but the walk around the lagoon is about 1/2 a mile, or 15-20min walk. The city as a whole is very nice. There is not a lot to do besides the beach pretty much. Everything closes by 10pm or before. There’s not much of a “night life” for the party goers. It’s more of a family/retirement town. Highly recommend and will be back!!
