Pool & Patio Overlook Beautiful Waterfront. NEWLY REMODLED! Main Floor with no steps. If you love water and wildlife, this is the place for you! Fishing on the dock and you can pull your boat right up to the back door. TONS of wildlife, Dolphins and Manatee swim right up to the dock. Dock is lit at night, watch the sea life. Tigertail Beach close by! Spend time relaxing next to the water on your private deck, overlooking dock, pool and intercoastal waterway-a dream come true! Awesome Walking Paths for your morning stroll! Unit is fully stocked with everything you need, includes Washer Machine and Dryer. NON SMOKING UNIT, only in designated area.
BOATERS: Our condo is PERFECT for boaters, you literally dock up steps away from the back patio and back door of the condo! The boat fees are $7.50 per foot for the week. The public boat launch ramp Collier Boulevard Boating 3620 Collier Blvd. is not far from the condo by water, it is located on the North end of Collier Blvd., just before the Isle of Capri bridge and north of the Marco Island bridge (right before you come onto the island).
