Restaurant Manager Xavi erityisesti on kiitettävä apua & hyvä vuorovaikutus kaikkien vieraiden. aamiainen oli hämmästyttävä suuri lajike & valmistettu tilata lämpimät omeletit. Huoneita oli moderni, tilava ja hyvin mukava, suuria kylpyhuoneita ja erittäin tehokkaita suihkuja. Huoneita oli jatkuvasti puhdistettu erittäin korkealle tasolle koko oleskelumme. Meillä on ruokaa ravintolassa 2 kertaa ja löytyi palvelun & laadun erittäin korkealle tasolle, olisi varmasti suositeltavaa.Upea uima-allas ja puutarhat manikyyri poikkeuksellisen korkealle tasolle."

"Wow, no amount of review can fully express my satisfaction with this hotel. I returned home 100% satisfied. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and their attentiveness to guests was a perfect 10/10. The facilities were also fantastic. The view was incredible! Breakfast was truly blissful. The only downside was that I didn't get to see Marbella properly because I loved the hotel so much I didn't go out much. It's the best!!"

"Suuri sijainti ja huone on keittiö ja pesukone vaatteita. Pesukone kuivaus rack iso parveke. 24/7 etuosasto Lukio Pool  Spa  Sijainti on paras! Vain 1 korttelin päässä rannasta ja kävelymatkan kaikkeen. Muutama negatiivinen oli, että huoneessamme oli outo kalahaju ja vessan painiketta ruokkia oli vaikea ruokkia. Olisi pitänyt enemmän pyyhkeitä myös. Pesukone ja ylimääräinen kylpypyyhkeitä. Iron ei toiminut myöskään. Parempia kahvia ja joitakin pullotettu vesi olisi ollut myös mukava.  Muuten palaisin varmasti tähän paikkaan."

"We are English and went to this Spanish hotel which caters for French. We had NO problem at all. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and a terrific layout. The food was fine. Tip: have one dish per day, then you won't get fed up. Staff was fine, I believe if you treat people with respect, it will be returned. Obviously the entertainment was French and child like, but we found an area with a nice drink and played cards which suited us as we was busy in the day. Bus stop outside, taking you to banus and and Marbella, cheap and cheerful days out. We hired a car so we went further to Ronda Estopona and overa, through the mountains. A decent walk to San Pedro, where we found a great market. A good 15 minute walk to to the beach, where there was cafes etc A few shops outside hotel but only two and also a nice pizza restaurant. We have been to the next door hotel a few times Cortijo Blanco, which caters more for British. But we never found this hotel bad at all"

"We are sitting waiting for our transfer to the airport at the Globales Cortijo Blanco after a very enjoyable week's stay. Myself, my husband and my ten year old autistic son all had a lovely time here, mainly because of the wonderful staff but also the pools, grounds, food and entertainment. If I were to mark it down for any reason it would be the location, there isn't a lot nearby but I'm reliably informed that San Pedro Alcantara is a twenty minute walk as is Puerto Banus. I didn't walk it as I'm disabled but it's only 15 euros in an uber into Marbella. There is a little tourist gift shop and small supermarket just outside the hotel and a Carrefour two minutes walk away. We stayed in a deluxe room which was really nice, plenty of room, a kettle and fridge, a large patio, aircon and safe included and the mattresses were really comfortable. We were right by the kids amusement machines and main square with the stage but with the door shut it wasn't too noisy. The pools weren't freezing cold even in October. The restaurant is sometimes a bit crowded but if you go right down the end where the desserts are and turn right there are usually free tables down there. The food is good, usual all inclusive stuff but done well, plenty of fruit and not just rock hard pears and tinned fruit as you sometimes get. We only saw the entertainment once because my son can't cope with the noise and I forgot his ear defenders but what we saw we enjoyed, the acrobatic show. There is also mini disco, party dances and bingo every night. I'd recommend this hotel if you don't need to be right in the middle of town, it's relaxing and the staff can't do enough for you, from the cleaners to the bar staff to the receptionists, all lovely and eager to please. I can see why people return year after year."

"I stayed at Hotel Avenida 31 for a week and then decided to extend my stay by four nights. Unfortunately, about 30 minutes after paying €400 in cash for the extension, I had to change my plans unexpectedly due to a business commitment and leave early. The hotel refused to provide any refund. Since then, I have continued to visit the hotel regularly for lunch and drinks because of its convenient location. However, the service has generally been poor. I have noticed inconsistent pricing and have been overcharged on multiple occasions. Staff members are often unfriendly and unhelpful, which has made each visit disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and would advise others to be cautious before booking or dining here."
