"The hotel is located close to the beach and the Old Town. Rooms are bigger than most and the balcony is a bonus. The bathroom was a bit dated with a tub/shower/nozzle setup that was inconvenient. Breakfast was included in the room price and was a typical buffet of mediocre food. We ended up skipping it after the first morning and eating elsewhere. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall our stay was a good experience and we would stay there again."

"Be wary of bad reviews? Some even complained that the guests were Spanish. We personally loved that 75% were. I felt like i was in Spain, which we were.. We personally enjoyed our time here. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were all friendly. Reception, entertainment, kitchen, bar, cleaning, bus driver, every member. The food was of good standard, our room was comfy and clean, the amenities were 4 stars, the icing on the cake was entertainment. From morning til night the entertainment staff worked their socks off and every activity and nightly show was first class. The choreography was brilliant. We would definitely recommend staying here if you like a busy holiday? The slides us grown-ups loved, too. The water aerobics was fun to take part in or just watch. The taxi to the beach was fun, the driver was friendly and funny. The beach was lovely and not overcrowded, considering it was August 9th. I've travelled a lot and own a small air bnb, so my opinion is an experienced one. Well done, Alua sun. We would definitely visit again or try another of your hotels. Thank you"

"Hyvä sijainti lähellä golfkenttiä. Uima-allas suljettiin maaliskuussa oleskelumme aikana. Noin 15 minuutin kävelymatkan mennä kaupunkiin. Nieto parveke ja kylpyhuone. Aamiainen ei ollut suuri, mutta vielä paljon vaihtoehtoja buffet."

"Found this hotel to be very stylish and with very nice facilities (although the spa was closed). The room was very nice with lots of modern facilities and breakfast was more than adequate. My biggest and only gripe was the lack of staff! The receptionist doubled up as bar staff and kitchen help. I found this a little frustrating when trying to get something as simple as a drink whilst a queue of people are trying to check in. There wasn’t even any sign of a duty manager or someone else who could help either at reception or at the pool bar."

"Spent almost a week there at Hapimag. The room is very clean, the property is environmentally friendly. The location is perfect - just by the sea, about 15 minutes walk to the old town. They have different activities throughout the week, fun to join. I highly recommend the property."

"Yövyimme lokakuun lopussa, sesongin ulkopuolella, mutta sää oli onnekas. Plussat: Kätevä sijainti: lähellä merta, vain 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä vanhastakaupungista. Huoneessa on kaikki tarvittava, vaikka hotelli on vanha. Pysäköintitilaa on saatavilla kadun toisella puolella, mikä on erittäin kätevää autolla matkustaville. Supermarketit ovat kävelyetäisyydellä, joten ruokatarvikkeiden ja muiden välttämättömyystarvikkeiden ostaminen on helppoa. Mukava paikka rentoutua!"
