Terrible: Was way too expensive for what it was! All of the doors and draws of the cupboard were broken, it did not really look like the photos at all. There were mod in the shower, you can even watch the tv because the half of the tv was covered by tall dresser; we can’t even walk in the room, the air conditioning is not working properly. Really was not worth the $290 I spent there, I have to booked another hotel to stay that is really new, pretty, cleaned and much nicer for a lot less. Its really sad to have this type of hotel with this terrible conditions and service in this amazing area.

Este fin de semana he estado en este hostal. Me dijeron en la agencia El corte Ingles que me darían una habitación con vistas a un patio interior, con mucho encanto, que el hotel estaba reformado y que tenia todos los productos de baño y secador... Cuando llegué la ventana de la habitación daba justo a la recepción, no existía el patio, interior. La habitación olía a mohoso, en el baño no había los productos básicos, no había secador...los cables de la tele estaban fuera y no había señal..... antes de reservar este hotel hablar para que no os engañen como a mi, me cobraron 130 euros por un hotel con encanto....que verguenza....el dueño que se ponga la pilas

Increíble! La chica que nos atendió (siento no acordarme del nombre !!) se portó espectacular, nos ayudó en todo y más, la habitación muy cómoda y súper bien situada en pleno Vasco antiguo precioso y al lado de la playa y paseo marítimo andando!

Pésimo servicio y atención por parte de la recepcionista. Te atiende de mala gana y alega que le molesta trabajar dos veces. No volveremos a escoger este hotel por su atención y mal trato. Es una persona desagradable.

Ubicado a apenas unos minutos andando de la playa del centro de Marbella. Por lo demás, esSorprendentemente silencioso para dormir, y eso es lo mejor que le encontré. Las habitaciones son muy muy pequeñas, no hay recepción 24horas, ni un agua de cortesía en la nevera..muy mejorable

Se supone que la recepción está abierta hasta las 18:00. Llegue a las 15:30 y no había nadie. Tras 25 llamadas al número de teléfono de contacto y 1 hora de espera, me cogen el teléfono y me dicen que en dos minutos estarán allí: paso otra media hora. Cuando por fin llegue la empleada de recepción me de una llave y al entrar en la habitación me encuentro dos maletas, una cartera un reloj…la habitación estaba ocupada….menudo desastre y desorganización. Tras otro mal rato en recepción al fin me dio una habitación (vacía). El resultado es que llegue tarde a una boda!!! La palabra que define este hostal: Caos
