Catastrophe ! Plus jamais une telle expérience en passant par une agence de voyages All incluse belle bêtise ! Repas médiocre et on est gentil cuisine industrielle on a du manger en extérieur ! Ouf ! Des tapas dans des restos Andalous bien meilleurs que n’importe quelle cuisine dans cet hôtel bruyant non isolé Dans une chambre style grandeur placard chambre bruyante et surtout humide à souhait comme je suis allergique changement de chambre au bout de trois nuits c’était juste impossible ! Nous ne garderons pas un bon souvenir de cet hôtel que nous déconseillons vraiment et pourtant nous voyageons beaucoup dans le monde ! Heureusement que l’Andalousie est jolie

The staff are extremely rude! Unbelievable how unhelpful the staff actually were. Me and my partner booked a double room with a double bed only to be put in a room with 2 single beds and the staff refused to move us even though that's what we had already paid for. The cleaners stole 70 euros of my money and again reception did absolutely nothing about it. Didn't even get an apology instead got shouted at by the rude women at reception. I requested no cleaners are to come in our room for the rest of the time we was there. Only to find one of the cleaners trying to come in my room the very next day. Everything at the hotel is french even though it's in spain. including the staff, the music, the entertainment. Absolutely nothing here for british people. I previously left this review and they have taken it down, clearly they don't want people knowing about my money been stolen by the cleaners or the fact how rude the staff are. Would never ever return to this hotel if it was the last hotel on earth. Don't come here be the worst mistake you'll ever make.

Interior habitaciones muy buena. Comidas pésimas ! Algunos de camareros de comedor impertinente! Toda animación ,pero toda ! En Francés! Musica ni una canción en español! Eso si! A media hora de cerrar el salón y bar sí que se pone música en español. Echaron a dos parejas españolas mayores de salón porque estaba reservado para los franceses,textualmente fue lo que dijero ! Se tuvieron que ir a las mesas de la terraza .INCREÍBLE pero cierto ! Por lo de más ! Estupendo ! PERO YO NO IRÉ MÁS!.

jE REGRETTE LE MANQUE DE CLARTE DANS LA CHAMBRE ET LE BUFFET REPETITIF DES REPAS. JE REGRETTE EGALEMENT LE FAIT QUE LES PLATS PROPOSES NE GARDENT PAS LA CHALEUR ET QU'IL N'Y A PAS DE MICRO ONDES POUR LES RECHAUFFER. Sinon, le cadre reste très représentatif de l'Andalousie et très agréable, les employés sont très attentifs et agréables. Nous avons passé un bon séjour tout de meme, le soleil était là !

très moyen : chambre mal insonorisée et salle de bain un peu veillotte! Restauration est insipide et toujours la même chose. Personnel très gentil et serviable ainsi que les animateurs , c'est le seul point positif de ce séjour. en conclusion , très déçue

Alll inclusive short break. Authentic Andaluzian style Hotel, former monestry. Great simple swimming pool with loads of beds and plenty available due to time of year no doubt. No frills but presentable accommodation and very clean. Excellent buffet food and varied menu but only there for 5 nights. Hotel aimed at French guests so all entertainment was in French including poolside quiz which left us Brits unable to participate. Very quiet around the hotel and 10-15 minute walk to coast and further 15 mins to Puerto Banús. If you are looking for a lively time best look elsewhere. Would go back.
