Nones lo q se ve en las fotos te lo venden muy bien y nada super sucio todo apartamentos lejos de piscina q incluso tienes q coger el coche para ir si te toca los apartamentos de abajo del todo !! Nefasto en los apartamentos de dos habitaciones no ahí TV arriba te ponen muy buena decoración en las terrazas y no es así !! Fatal !! No volveré

Quiero alertar a los futuros clientes del hotel Vime La Reserva de Marbella sobre un incidente extremadamente grave ocurrido durante nuestra estancia. En la noche del domingo 11 al lunes 12 de mayo de 2025, nuestro coche, un Range Rover Sport Autobiography, fue robado directamente del aparcamiento del hotel. Este aparcamiento, ubicado dentro de las instalaciones del establecimiento, no cuenta con ninguna medida efectiva de seguridad: no hay barrera, ni cámaras, ni personal de vigilancia. Un nivel de negligencia inaceptable para un lugar que debería ofrecer un entorno seguro a sus huéspedes. Aún peor, la dirección del hotel no mostró ninguna reacción adecuada: ni disculpas, ni asistencia, ni una verdadera asunción de responsabilidades. El robo ocurrió en su propiedad, pero fue tratado con total indiferencia y falta de compromiso. Desaconsejo encarecidamente este establecimiento a cualquiera que valore la seguridad de sus pertenencias. Un hotel que no puede garantizar una protección mínima y que se desentiende ante un robo tan grave no merece la confianza de sus clientes.

Nous avons séjourné à La Reserva de Marbella du 21 au 27 octobre dernier. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour son emplacement privilégié en bord de mer et nous n'avons pas été déçus. La chambre était spacieuse, moderne et très propre. La literie était confortable et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue sur la Méditerranée depuis notre balcon. Le personnel était accueillant et disponible. Nous avons profité de la piscine à débordement et du spa, qui étaient très relaxants.Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel et nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel."

Abbiamo soggiornato in qs struttura per n°2 notti. Appartamento a due piani, spazioso (piano terra zona giorno, piano primo camera da letto) Colazione buona L'appartamento che ci è stato assegnato, era su una via di scorrimento, rendendolo poco tranquillo ed a ns avviso risulta anche poco comodo per l'accesso ai servizi dell'hotel (ristorante/piscine/reception/etc). Inoltre, al ns arrivo in tarda serata, ci siamo accorti che aveva una finestra a piano terra con la chiusura rotta, quindi impossibile da chiudere (è stata riparata la mattina seguente, dopo ns segnalazione) ma purtroppo abbiamo trascorso una notte poco tranquilla.

Nos robaron en la habitación durante la hora de la cena en la que no estábamos. Se llevaron muchas cosas de valor, incluso dinero, sin forzar la puerta, la cual no tiene seguridad alguna. Cuando se comenta en recepción no hay sorpresa alguna ni ayuda más que decir, se les ofreció un servicio de caja fuerte, con un coste de 3€ diarios, por lo tanto no es un servicio básico sino opcional. Cuando vas a un hotel de supuestas 4 estrellas (no debería de tener ni 2), lo último que te debería de preocupar es la seguridad dentro de tu “casa”. Con estos comentarios y bastante nerviosismo y contradicciones por parte del personal nocturno, empezamos a sospechar de que entraron con una tarjeta duplicada por ellos mismos. No es el primer ni será el último robo (confirmado por la policía) por lo tanto o no les importa la seguridad en absoluto o es que están todos metidos en el ajo. Sumado a que al hacer el check in, pedimos un cambio de habitación por cercanía a la piscina y se empeñaron en que fuera esta habitación la cual estaba en la otra punta y totalmente accesible a amantes de lo ajeno. Piensa mal y acertarás. Solo espero que su seguro me cubra hasta el último céntimo robado, sino, poco ruido voy a hacer, nada bueno para la imagen de este pseudo hotel ruinoso. Por cierto, la televisión, el teléfono, ni el aire acondicionado funcionaban. Las hormigas correteaban libremente por la encimera de la cocina. La cama de muelles, antigua y ruidosa. Sofá-cama lleno de manchas, y para recibirte en la terraza, la bolsa de la basura y de ropa sucia de los anteriores inquilinos, rodeadas de bichos en plena felicidad para ellos. Ojalá les cierren el chiringuito pronto o se pudran en la ruina (más aún).

Las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear las piscinas los gresites súper sucios estaban verdes, limpieza en general del hotel muy mala, baños sucios, suelos de la piscinas sucios y con comidas tiradas por el suelo en fin un desastre. Tengo que reseñar el servicio de cocina se come súper bien y sobre todo los cocineros saben lo que hacen, mención especial a gonzalo y un camarero con gafas, y una chica joven que está en barra siempre con la sonrisa. La cómida está súper rica las paellas muy buenas y los postres un espectáculo. Recomiendo venir a comer pero no recomiendo para nada el alojamiento ya que está super sucio y descuidado, tumbonas rotas, sombrillas rotas, vamos se nota que los propietarios se están llenando los bolsillos por escasear en algunas cosas. Gracias al servicio de hostelería.

Franchement si vous avez envie de passer de bonnes vacances fuyez cet hôtel Je récupère ma chambre à 17h il y avait une femme de ménage qui faisait la chambre car elle n était pas prête . Une literie déplorable, pas de coffre fort, une fenêtre qui ne se ferme pas donc la porte ouverte à tous les voleurs … des bruits toutes les nuits à cause de la canalisations ( que j ai enregistré ) . Le lendemain ma chambre n est pas faite c un oublié de leur part .On me change de chambre au bout de 2 jours. Une chambre rénovée avec un téléphone cassé et de l eau partout à cause de la climatisation (2 fois les techniciens sont passés ) Point positif : un petit déjeuner correct avec du personnel restaurant gentil

Great holiday spot and close to all the popular areas. However the hotel/apartments are very quiet with a chilled atmosphere all around. Restaurant on site is amazing and would recommend. The pools are great, especially the kids pool for little ones under 7 - although probably due a refurb though soon… would recommend

We went there in May 2024. We planed to stay 2 nights but we ended up extending many times. When we arrived at the reception, Isabel was checking us in and we loved her humour, profesionalism and also her good mood. She gave us a peaceful room where we enjoyed the beautiful weather on our terrace. Isabel and Ioana were very helpful with any information we needed during our stay there. Thank you so much! :) There are 2 supermarkets (one on the left and one on the right side of the hotel) near by - just 2-3 minutes away from the hotel. It was a great morning walk to buy fresh fruits, fresh orange juice and water. We spent our time exploring the cities near by and we didn't use the hotel facilities much. We went one time to the outside pool and few times to the gym. At the pool was peaceful and the gym clean. The hotel has a great location and not far from Marbella and Banus where we drove quite often for food. There is also a beach (Cobapino - I guess it is the name) - 4 minutes away by car. Wild and beautiful where you can have a nice walk or sit and enjoy the sun. Some small things which we noticed in every hotel we've been in Spain was the unpleasant bathroom smell but with desinfectant can be eliminated. So we had a desinfectant spray with us all the time and we were fine. Problem solved :). The staff there and everywhere is doing it for you if you request it but we preferred to do it ourselves. It is something easy to do. Every 2nd day the cleaning staff is asking if you need fresh towels and have the garbage removed. In the bedroom's capboard are fresh bed sheets and they also change it for you after few days. There is also a hairdryer in the bathroom drawer or in the bedroom cupboard. There is also an iron and a small ironing board available in the room. The apartment was spacious for 2 people and we had 3 terrace. We appreciated very much the wash machine. It was helpful and kept us clean. There was one long pillow for 2 people. My husband is carrying his own pillow with him all the time so we didn't have to share the pillow. If you want separated pillows you might talk to them and surely they will find a solution for this. The personal we come in contact with was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in Vime Hotel. For our needs was just right and we look forward to our next visit.
