We booked this place for the kitchenette. Which was basically non existent. We had to stay on the first floor. It was loud, there’s no elevator to what I assume are better options. The area was fine. The hotel is in transition.

I did not enjoy my stay at all. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the front desk and had to wait approximately 20 minutes since the front desk went to run errand. Meanwhile, in the waiting area, there were mosquitoes because there was a garbage can full waiting to be thrown out. The bed in my room felt like it was going to sink and was on its last legs. No coffee maker or tea kettle in the room when I asked for one, they left a pot for me. The bathroom trash can was missing the lever and had to push down on a piece of metal that was sticking out. Overall, the condition of the place just felt old and uncomfortable.

Para no volver No corresponde en nada a lo que aparece en las webs no es un hotel para empezar y además no tendría más categoría que un hostal o motel de carretera con esas instalaciones... La habitación no mide más de seis metros la cama no llega a 1,35 y el colchón de foamen super duro... Un náuseabundo olor a ambientador que se activaba de vez en cuando y era imposible eliminar.... No deberían engañar de este modo y quien vaya a sus instalaciones que lo haga a sabiendas de donde se meten

Lieber nicht im Hochsommer! Leider ist die Klimaanlage am zweiten Tag ausgefallen und war nur noch eine Lüftung. Sehr schlecht! Weiterhin fehlte beim einchecken der Duschkopf, konnte aber sehr von der Rezeption besorgt werden. Das Waschbecken war lose und wackelte bedenklich. Die Lage zum Strand und der Altstadt ist super!

Nice location, property left things to be desired I was excited about booking this property based on its location and the pictures. The location was very good, but there were a few hiccups with ultimately impacted our stay. Firstly, the hotel doesn’t have 24-7 reception, you should clarify beforehand. Unfortunately I didn’t and the only way to contact the hotel was to call (not able to WhatsApp at least on the messaging we got from them- though it seems WhatsApp would have worked). Luckily, the reception staff were very helpful and allowed us to leave our bags until check in later. When we checked in, we settled into the room we were given which didn’t look like the pictures, seemed a little dirty and unlocked after (missing skirting boards, light switches not fully adherent to walls, bathroom cleanliness not ideal). Then when I used the sink, it was fully clogged. We had to contact reception since they had left and had to wait 30 min till they came back to assign another room. We were only in Marbella for the day so this was eating precious sunlight hours for us. The second room we were given was a bit smaller but reeked of smoke, so much so that when I left the room, my clothing smelled like smoke. So we had to change rooms again, we were then showed a much smaller room without a kitchenette and eventually were upgraded to a different building with a much more spacious room. While they tried to fix things after the fact satisfactorily, this all should have been checked beforehand rather than the hassle

Hårda sängar!! Jätte jättehårda sängar, var som att sova på trä. Ofräscha rum. Jag och min kompis var inte nöjda så vi bytte hotell.

¿Tres estrellas? Qué estafa! El peor hotel en el que he estado. Sucio y ruidoso. Habitación "doble" de 8 m2. Cero mantenimiento. Todo el mobiliario se reduce a un ARMARIO de 2 hojas/2 cajones (1 hoja y un cajón no abren. El otro cajón no existe). Una MESITA DE NOCHE. Una SILLA. Cortina de ventana rota. BAÑO: Sin ventilación (ni natural ni forzada), plato de ducha sucio, raíles de mampara corredera aún mas sucios. La tapa del inodoro suelta. La tapa de la papelera no sube. La única percha de toallas se gira, y no sirve.

Never again!!! THIS "HOTEL" deserves no more than 1.5 star. I put 3 stars over 5 for eco friendliness as they even keep towels with holes... Photos are not showing reality, windows, lighting is hard with extra cold strong lights, and totally white walls (excepts stains on them...), you could feel in a bad hospital room. Furnitures etc are super cheap. Staff is not friendly, not professional (when you put your hotel rooms on a website, you check information showed about it), nor flexible. I was not given the room that I order. Security issues as some electric cables are on the air... And that was supposed to be a deluxe...

larm Det set fin ud på foto men der er larm og meget larm 60 db fra gaden og man kan ikke lukke vinduren helt. sengen var hår og knirkede. der var en fæl lugt fra nabo bygning. ingen elevartor som man på ingen måde kigger efter når man ser på det da man ikke kan forstille sig at der ikke er det.

El hotel de los horrores El hotel, fatal. No tenía ascensor y tenía una escalera bastante empinada con tramos en los que no había barandilla. Tenías que subir tu la maleta porque nadie te ayudaba. Además no estaba nada limpio y con aspecto de descuidado. Al baño le faltaba la tapa del inodoro, no tenía papel higiénico la puerta del baño estaba inchada, las sillas de la habitación peladas y sucias, la Tv no funcionaba, a los mandos de la Tv y del aire acondicionado les faltaban las tapas, la puerta del armario de la cocina estaba torcida y así varios desperfectos más.

Could be better 🤔 The fridge didn’t work and after a few attempts to let receptionists know about that problem I understood it will not be fixed. Also the evening before I left the gate with code broke and the gate had to stay open all night. Otherwise very good location, friendly staff, clean.

La habitación estaba bien , aunque el congelador no se podía usar por estar lleno de hielo, también había un chicle pegado en la mesilla. Un poco descuidado. La escalera esta en obras y no te dejan descansar por las tardes
