Hotel muy cómodo y muy occidental. Todos los servicios han estado muy bien. Habitaciones limpias y con servicio de limpieza cada día La cocina está muy rica y los precios no varían mucho de los restaurantes locales. La ubicación está un poco apartada si no vas en coche. Personal muy agradable.

Great place! I was really impressed. It is a little away from most major attractions, but there are food stores and restaurants close enough to walk to. It is the staff that makes this place so very special! Richard was the best! There is a free breakfast, bar and food available later in the day.

Worst hotel ever. We were having such a great vacation until arrival at this hotel. This place is a dump. The pool is so green, my kids wouldn’t get in. It looked gross. Nothing like the pictures. The room had hair and dirt all over the floor. The room key powered your room so when you left, the AC didn’t run. You come back to a hot room. The bathroom was the only nice thing about this hotel. Staff at front desk was not welcoming. Didn’t offer to help us move our luggage up a flight of steps to get to our room. No elevator. Then we asked for a roll away bed and you would have thought we asked for a miracle. Never received even though we were told we could have one for an extra $30 per night. Bartender was nice and spoke good English. Just felt unwelcome and there was nothing for the kids to do there. Location was convenient. We ended up checking out only hours later and paying for a second hotel. Hopefully our agency can help us get some of a refund but it was so bad we had to leave. Everyone in Costa Rica is so accommodating but the lady at this front desk. Don’t even waste your time on money on this place.

The photos of their rooms look exactly like the actual room we received ! If anything the room appeared bigger than what we expected. We had booked the king bed room overlooking the pool and it was perfect. Except for one thing that I shouldn't/wouldn't have let bother me but here is what happened - you do the decision. I asked about laundry service and was told by the front desk guy that I should save my $$'s and use the oversize bathroom sink (and it was) then hang my clothes on the little wire units that were in the shower area. Simple enough except after I did the wash and rinse & squeeze of as much water as possible, I went to hang the clothes on the wire and it broke, so pulled out the 2nd one, same thing it broke before I could even hang anything up ! So I went back down to the front desk and explained it all and this time the gal that was there told me to bag it up and they would do it for $7/kilo, I stated that I would do this but since it was already wet, there wouldn't be an accurate weight. She told me not to worry and that they would weigh it after it was dry, so I complied and dropped it off. Next day I went to retrieve it and was alarmed that my 3 tee shirts, 2 shorts and a couple of underwear's were going to cost way over $20 ! I was told be a different person that there was nothing that could be done and I could just pay it or they would add it to my bill at checkout. I paid the bill for what may have been 3 lbs (1.25 kilos max) of stuff. So in closing stay here for the rooms (and we probably would again) but don't have your laundry done here because they will ream you !

A great place in Manuel Antonio for families on vacation. This is not a big property. And that is a big plus about this hotel. It is 1-2 miles from all major beaches and restaurants. The kids in our group loved the hotel. They spend lot of time in the pool, ate a lot at the restaurant in the hotel and enjoyed their time. The staff is super-helpful and friendly. Angelo during breakfast or Amy during happy hour are very helpful. I would definitely visit again if I am in Manuel Antonio.

Lovely place to relax and enjoy the Manuel Antonio area. Nice location. Lovely pool area and clean, simple, modern rooms. I enjoyed the detail of retractable clothes lines in the shower. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with a thorough information package that was sent through what’s app as well as refreshing and fresh welcome drinks. Our morning breakfast was a highlight each day. Angelo’s personal and personable service and bright, big smile made each morning something to savour (and the included breakfast itself was delicious!). All the staff make this hotel a gem.

Very cute boutique hotel. Very attentive staff, we were greeted at the front desk with a cold drink upon arrival. Breakfast which is included was delicious and our server Angelo was so wonderful, friendly and attentive. He started off our day with a big smile and amazing, amazing service. THANK YOU ANGELO!
