The Catamaran Cruiser includes all of the bare necessities one needs and all the comforts to give you that home away from home feeling...including an outdoor charcoal grill within the community!! Hot water tank is 12 gallons and takes about 25 minutes to refill and therefore you may enjoy the amenities of in-ground plumbing at the easy to access just a few steps away clubhouse or ship store (total of 4 showers) if you enjoy longer showers and would rather all parties shower at the same time to expedite the getting ready process. New technology toilet onboard for your use! Guest access Full access of the boat and all its amenities with the exception of the ability to drive boat! Able to park car for free in Marina parking lot...just steps away from boat!
