Purmontes - Private Luxury Chalet

The exceptional and personal customer service started during the booking process for this property. They answered all my questions thoroughly, quickly and went out of their way to accommodate a very specific request I had when they could have easily said no. Upon arrival, the property was smaller than expected (in a good way), there are only 5 rooms so the average number of guests can range from about 12-14. Despite being very small and intimate, there was not a single detail that was not considered. With their own dining service and spa area, we never had to go to one of their other properties for anything. The highlight was definitely Helmut and Elisabeth who were our concierges for our stay. They were knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. They clearly loved their work and always showed up with positivity and a smile. Other highlights were the spa area which is only for Chalet guests so it never felt busy or crowded. Most of the time, we were the only people there. The food was excellent and they accommodated our requests. The only regret was we were not able to take advantage of the afternoon snack more because we were usually out. We would happily return to the Purmontes Chalet again to explore the region.

Posto meraviglioso, con un'accoglienza meravigliosa. Siamo stati qui con mia moglie e ci sismo rilassati, coccolati da uno staff competente e meraviglioso. Bellissima la stanza, e ottima la cena e la colazione. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Gli chalet Purmontes offrono un’esperienza esclusiva e di prima classe, le suites sono spaziose, bellissime e dotate ciascuna di piscina privata panoramica calda e vasca idromassaggio interna; il relax è assicurato. Purtroppo abbiamo anche noi avuto un problema con gli odori non solo esterni ma anche interni (non so che detergenti usassero per pulire ma il risultato a livello olfattivo era decisamente sgradevole). All’arrivo ci hanno offerto un aperitivo di gran classe, il resto delle colazioni e cene pur ottime, non erano alla stessa altezza, carni a parte davvero squisite. Zona spa piccola ma di fatto ad uso privato. Massaggio non esaltante, le aspettative erano migliori. Prezzo alto anche in bassa stagione. Servizio personalizzato e sempre presente. Vale per l’esclusività, la piscina privata riscaldata e la stanza.

Fabuleux! C’est de loin le meilleur hôtel que nous ayons fait. Il n’y a rien à redire. L’infrastructure et le service sont parfaits. Le personnel est vraiment attentionné et professionnel. Un pur moment de plaisir. Des vacances merveilleuses dans un cadre idyllique et chaleureux. Un petit dej et un souper au top du top! Merci à toute à l’équipe pour l’accueil, la gentillesse et la bienveillance. Nous reviendrons sans conteste. ,

Wir waren zum dritten Mal im Purmontes. Die Zimmer sind fantastisch und groß genug für Familien. Der Pool auf der Terrasse gibt einem die Möglichkeit wann immer man möchte schwimmen zu gehen. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön und man findet hier wunderbar Ruhe. Der Service im Purmontes ist unschlagbar. Helmut, Elisabeth und alle anderen machen jeden Wunsch möglich. Das Essen ist fantastisch. Um zu den Aufstiegsbahnen für den Kronplatz zu kommen steht Ewald und sein Team mit den eigenen Shuttles bereit. Man muss nur angegeben wann man los möchte und ein Fahrer steht zur vereinbarten Zeit im Hof. Unser nächster Urlaub im Purmontes ist schon gebucht.

Der Basler Fasnacht sind wir für einige Tage ins Südtirol entflohen - und hätten es nicht besser treffen können! Privatsphäre, Platz, freundliches Personal und gutes Essen sind die wichtigsten Erwartungen, die wir an eine Urlaubsunterkunft haben. Das Purmontes erfüllt alle diese Erwartungen zur Perfektion! Unsere Suite war vom Platz her sehr grosszügig und hatte gleichzeitig sehr viel Privacy. Das Schwimmen zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit im 36 Grad warmen Privatpool - ein wunderbares Vergnügen! Ganz und gar begeistert waren wir von der Küche: die Qualität und die Präsentation der Speisen sind Sterne-würdig! Last but not least: ein sehr grosses Dankeschön an den Staff des Hotels für seine herzliche Freundlichkeit! Kritikpunkte? Einzig die Musikauswahl während des Dinners (u.a. „Traumschiff“)…..
