Heritage Inn Mansfield

Heritage Inn, Mansfield, Ohio Very good experience! It was nice and quiet kind of off the beaten path! We will be staying there again next year for our trip!

Disappointing I was very disappointed in this motel. When we first arrived nobody was in the lobby for us to check in. We called the number we were supposed to when we got there nobody answered the phone. We went looking for someone. It took us 30 minutes to find someone to check us in. When we got checked in they gave us the room key and that is when they made the bed. They had no fitted sheet on the bed. They only had a flat sheet and the covers. I was worried the whole time we stayed if we even had a clean sheet. It was a very disappointing motel we stayed at. I was trying to make it a very nice time because my husband and I was celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and did not realized that this motel room was not what I expected.

Quick stop, Conveniently right off the interstate. Quick check in process. Quiet stay from other guests. Extremely inexpensive price.

Not great. Room didnt look like it was cleaned in weeks. Stained pillows, and dead bugs etc.

A Title Aside from the TV/cable not functioning, and the double stick tape failing on the throne, causing the morning constitutional to be reminiscent of my professional surfing career, which I've never experienced, as the closest body of water I've ever placed a "board" in was a lady I met back in the 70s...but I digress, the door locks, the toilet flushes and the shower works...what more is needed ? I've stayed here before and I will again.

You can do better! Maybe it was my local friends warning me of bed bugs and lot lizards knocking on my door in the wee hours that added to my negativity? I was greeted strangely, given the door card to my room and informed that it won't work on the outdoor facing side of my room. I use the interior door as instructed and found that none of the light switches worked anywhere except the bath. After all is said and done, spend a few extra bucks and get a real room. Especially if your wife is traveling with you! It's the nastiest hotel I've stayed in this side of China.
