Beware!!! Don't use your debit card... They will take more than what you were suppose to pay... Still trying to get charges off that they took. Nasty motel, wall paper coming off of the walls.. Smells... and very rude people.. Go somewhere else..

This hotel has steadily gone downhill since we began staying there 10 years ago. Broken, rusty lamps, filthy tub that did not drain, moldy smell, dirty carpet, rude staff, overcharged us for roo., never did get refund. Terrible place to stay. Will not go back.

Smelled like people was smoking pot and the rooms wasn’t good. Hard trouble with getting in the room cause of card issues. People was loud and obnoxious all hours of the night. Light fixtures was broken and holes in the walls. Need to be maintained better.

I made my reservation months earlier because I am in a wheelchair and need an accessible room. Upon check in we found the room was dirty. There appeared to be bloody towels in the tub, the trash was not emptied, the sheets had not been changed. The room was not cleaned at all. We notified the front desk and was offered to sleep in the room in the shape it was or we could be put in a room on the second floor that the bathroom was one I could not use. So at 9 at night I went on a hunt for an acceptable room.

The gfci has failed in the bathroom and shocked my wife as she tried to turn off the light. I didn’t expect much from this place, but did not consider accidental death as a possibility. The room is in rough shape. The AC Needs to be cleaned and the refrigerator door was open when I came in. The bed seems to be ok, but it’s only been ten minutes. Is it weren’t raining so hard, we’d have left.

Upon arriving to the hotel we noticed a few things. First the trash cans outside were overflowing with trash everywhere, second, there were several cars under the main entrance carport. When we went to check in there were family member and friends of the desk clerk hanging out and watching tv in the reception area. The clerk could not print out our receipt because the internet was down. We were told that the pool was being worked on and we could not swim. There are no elevators and no locks to any of the outside doors. While getting to our room the whole area was filled with pot smoke. I noticed a dirty towel in the stairway that at no point over the next day and a half did anyone bother to pick it up. The rooms were outdated and there was no deadbolt lock on our door. That evening we asked if we could just look at the pool and the clerk said they were just vacuuming it and it was done so we could swim now. Went down to the pool and there was debris on the bottom, it had not been vacuumed and the water was so murky and nasty looking. The hot tub was closed and appeared to have been closed for many months or more. The next night at about 11:00 P.M. we heard a bunch of banging up and down the hall and we could hear someone counting really loud. Right as we got over to the door someone took a key card and opened our door, luckily we were right there by the door and slammed it back on the person and turned the lock again and then called the police. We checked out right then, and yet nobody could tell us a reasonable explanation for how someone had a key and why they were entering our room at 11:00P.M. We were advised that we would get a credit back for that night and that has still not taken place. This place needs shut down completely, a lot of illegal activity going on there. The cop even advised us that it was the worst hotel in the area with a lot of complaints as well.
