Best Western Richland Inn-Mansfield

It was an okay motel, but i felt like i was charged more for the room because wr didn't have a reservation. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Oddly, the microwave was plugged, so we had to deal with that. Good breakfast with lots of options! The front desk clerks were very friendly and pleasant.

This hotel is lucky to have a single star. Don't even think about having breakfast there. Eat somewhere else. It is not only an old hotel that is not well kept up but it is too expensive for what you are getting. I stay at many Best Western hotels in the U.S. and overseas. This is the worst.

I have booked the same hotel two times in last year the first time the pool was closed due to maintenance ,this time July 2024. The pool was closed due to chemical checks. The maintenance need to be performed when the pools close that’s why customers booked that hotel, customer service discount is not in service

The only thing I wish were different were the pillow options. Pillows were THICKKK. A coworker stayed in a different room and mentioned the same thing about the pillows being too thick. Other than that, it was a nice clean hotel with friendly staff.

We came to town for the MidOhio races and were attracted to this hotel solely because it was advertised as having a pool. Once we checked in, we were told that the pool is closed because the water eats the paint, but it is obvious after a few minutes here that maintenance is non existing. When we arrived at our room, we noticed our top blankets were dirty, mold growing on the phone cord, dirt all over the mirrors, black mold growing above the shower (which has its hot and cold water incorrectly installed, they are backwards and separate) and cracked ceilings. The wallpaper is coming apart and is held together by masking tape, the place is filthy. I'd avoid this place and stay somewhere that is cleaned and maintained.

This location is a great place to visit. It’s staff friendly and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was served hot and fresh.

Broken door jacuzzi and heat, kinda says it all. Would not recommend until this place gets some major repair work done. Not good sleep when you wake up freezing. And the door breaking had to be repaired by me. No maintenance staff available.

From the outside, this is just another hotel. As soon as you step in you see it is not. Incredible pool and hot tub. Nicely appointed rooms with comfortable mattress and linens. Wonderful breakfast. All associates were friendly and attentive.
