What an outstanding pub. The customer service was excellent in the beer garden. 10/10. They made us very welcome, (as well as our dog). Delicious food. They really know how to cook in the kitchen here! Loved it. I will definitely be coming back & recommending this place to others 👌

Motorcycle friendly. Safe parking for bikes at the rear of the hotel. Cold beer, good food, and comfortable, well priced rooms. Well priced with friendly staff. Definitely recommended. Close to a lot of great riding. Could be used as a hub for exploring the region.

We love staying at this hotel. We had an ensuite room with a most comfortable bed and good wifi. The only disappointments were no hair drier and no shampoo/conditioner or face washer. We would love to stay again but we would come a little better prepared ourselves. The room was delightful with good wifi and tv reception

I stayed overnight as park of a multi-day tour on the Victoria Bike Trail. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with bike storage (locked shed). I had one of the Queen ensuite rooms, which was pretty big and very comforatable. The upstairs balcony is quite a feature, as it often is with old Australian pubs, and has a commanding view of downtown Mansfield. The onsite beer garden is very pleasant and the food excellent.

I booked last week due to the hotels reputation, price and location. I made the best decision I could have made as I wasn't disappointed with the hospitality, food and comfortable bed. I did what you should never do, and I reserved the wrong nights accommodation, and when Dean called to check where I was, I nearly died. This was my mistake, but Dean calmy came to my rescue, put me at ease and somehow found me a great room at no additional expense. I am so thankful that I picked this place and I'll make sure when I next visit I get my dates right. I had the Delatite Burger in their great bistro and the Sticky Date Pudding for dessert. Both were excellent, and I loved that my room was all cosy and warm when I arrived. Thanks again, Dean.
