Deer infest the area. I was the only guest staying. The site upgraded my cottage for my convenience. Loved the poace

Awesome little hideaway tucked in a beautiful spot. Had everything I needed. I am a business traveler and usually pull a small trailer. Plenty of parking.

Cozy, clean and comfortable, great location, with a small creek behind it. Beds are comfortable and the hot shower was great. Owners are super friendly and will point out places to visit, pus a great view of pikes peak. Pool and hot tub was nice after a long day of seeing all the sites. Don't think you would be dissappointed if you stayed here. Will stay again next time I'm in the area,

This was a perfect place for our family reunion! We used all the cottages, so we felt comfortable with having family hang out throughout the property. Saw wildlife everyday - deer, wild turkey, and a couple people even saw a bear. We were able to spend time together, but also had our own cottages that we were able to go to when you were ready for a break. Would definitely recommend!

What a charming setting in Manitou. First the owners were very good. They care about the people and needs if they have any. The cottage we stayed in was one bedroom. That's all we needed which was very clean. Better than any hotel room you could stay in. The location is close to all historic sites. Also close to restaurants and historic district of Manitou . Its very quite and many things to do like swimming basketball bbq pit etc. If get back to this area this is where we will stay first and only choice.

We had never seen Manitou Springs, and came here on a short notice whim. We wanted a picturesque lodge or cabin setting, and this fit the description perfectly. It's amazing how Town and Country feels so secluded from an oftentimes bustling historical town. It's very close and convenient, and only a short step off busy US-24, yet it seems far removed with its location alongside Sutherland Creek and amongst tall trees. We stayed in one of the smaller cottages, and we felt the interior dimensions to be near perfect for 2-4 people (like one could imagine for a detached guesthouse). We were especially impressed by the complete kitchen in the unit. Owner/operators are very friendly and welcoming!
