The stay was pleasant cozy and comfortable. A calm and quiet place. Excellent rooms and the owner was very polite.

green stays is located on the main road of udupi-manipal highway. this is an apartment and green stays is located at 4th floor with lift facility. rooms are spacious, ample parking space both for 2w & 4w. i had booked for a day and extended by another day. it is pocket friendly. rickshaw stand is also very near. you get all the amenities within the vicinity. if you want to rent a scooter, then manipal motors is just 100 mtrs. the owner (a lady) is also welcoming and won't trouble during check-in or check-out. the balcony has a great view with greenery. you can sip coffee/tea looking at the view. other end you can see the highway. highly recommend.

Prompt reply from host. Very courteous and helpful host even the staff. Clean linens and location was nearby to many places including the manipal marathon start point

Was worried initially as it was very new to stay in home stays, but it was great experience to stay and very safe ***** with family, highly recommended near by udupi to stay

It was okay. Kitchen and balcony is there with cutlery, kettle, dishes etc. No food. Ample space in room dining and balcony. It was clean and hygienic
