ロケーションも良くスタッフの対応も良く日本人には安心出来るホテルだと思います

車寄せの入口に保安員がいる。客引きがあきらめる。 建物に入ってからエレベーターが近い。広いロビーを歩かないですむ。 wifi のパスワードが短くて良かった。 部屋の鍵がカード。 ベッドの横にラジオがあり。音の乱れなかった。 shower gel の泡立ちが良かった。

現在プール、エントランス（メイン玄関）プール、ジム等改装中で利用不可で非常に不便、定宿でよく利用していますがメインエントランスは1年くらい、プールも半年変わらず、スマ－トTVもユーチュ－ブ等、電波の不具合で使用不可ですべてにおいて説明がない状態。 早期改善と施設の改装予定など利用者に告知が必要だと思います。

親切で安心できるスタッフばかりです！ とても安心して宿泊出来ました。

本次入住的是海景房，房間一眼望去就是美麗及壯闊的馬尼拉灣，飯店位置很好附近也有一座購物中心跟很多餐廳供選擇，值得推薦的好飯店

The hotel was clean, nice staff, spacious room. But the Gym was super smelly, should improve!

리뉴얼공사를 너무 오래합니다. 2년동안 하는듯..

We had a nice stay for 2 nights. Their staff are accomodating, I have requested a beach front and they've met my needs. Their bfast are superb Lastly, the room is spacious

Our experience at the new coast hotel: The staff was super friendly and helpful The room was clean. House keeping provided the supplies on time. The breakfest was good with a range of foods to select And it is near the bay area, which has the ocean park Check in and out was quick Dislikes The construction woke me up and didn't let me sleep The view from my room was a construction site picture attached Every time we entered, we were searched and walked through a scanner I hope this review helps. All in all, we have a pleasant stay at the hotel. I hope the renovation are over soon.
