Clean, quiet, friendly staff. Could use nice bar or coffee shop, something upscale, on premises.

Pool was closed. Mini fridge was upon request. Room decent size. Needs improvement in buffet breakfast selections. Overall good.

The hotel is so nice, it looks elegant. But, I don't have enough sleep since it's very noisy from 12 am until 4 am. There are also some creepy things that we felt inside the room.

Beautiful and very clean hotel with a very good location. The historical center of the city (Intramuros and the Rizal park) are even by walking easy to reach. The architecture of the building is also wonderful. BIG ISSUE: due to the construction itself, it could be very loud. It is possible to hear everything happening inside (in the rooms beside our in the walking halls). RELATED PLUS: The people in the reception tries to find an alternative room and help to transfer you if you are experiencing too much noise. RECOMMENDATION: try to find out in ahead with the hotel, if there is going to be an event in the hotel itself (like a Prom-Ball with a lot of noisy people trying to take pictures at all possible locations within the beautiful hotel structure even at midnight and beyond…, or like a live concert inferring of the hotel…, or me be born at the same time…, like in our case).

I'm a kind of customer who doesn't like to leave a review but this hotel pushed me to be sociable in a review site like this. Every negative remarks by those people who put their reviews here are real and undeniably true. From cockroaches to the buffet to poor service. This is the worst hotel we've been booked. My children was never been disappointed since we do the staycation activities 6 years ago, and to tell you their dismay, this is the first time i heard my son said, "this hotel is a scam" and i cant help to agree with him. A fridge, renovation in children's pen, centralize ac to the whole place specially to the gym, training to the staff at diners, breakfast food, pool, and amenities needs help. Management is very poor

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were accomodating. The hotel was strategically situated to nearby tourist spots. The rooms were clean and our stay was comfortable. We will surely stay again

Nice hotel but needs some service upgrade and newer towels. But it's still pretty and comfortable! Good value.

All good just thought that check in/out can be improved the turnaround process

My daughter and I spent 2nights 3days at the hotel. We enjoyed our stay very homey I love the gym. Staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is kinda old needs renovation na. Natatangal na ang mga tiles. The complimentary breakfast buffet needs improvement mas mascara sana dami pa nmn foreigners. That's the only thing that we didn't enjoy.
