We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were accomodating. The hotel was strategically situated to nearby tourist spots. The rooms were clean and our stay was comfortable. We will surely stay again

Nice hotel but needs some service upgrade and newer towels. But it's still pretty and comfortable! Good value.

All good just thought that check in/out can be improved the turnaround process

My daughter and I spent 2nights 3days at the hotel. We enjoyed our stay very homey I love the gym. Staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is kinda old needs renovation na. Natatangal na ang mga tiles. The complimentary breakfast buffet needs improvement mas mascara sana dami pa nmn foreigners. That's the only thing that we didn't enjoy.

I was honestly hesitant to book at first because some of the reviews made me anxious about the cleanliness and service. But after staying for three nights, I’m so glad we gave it a chance. The room we stayed in was clean, cozy, well-kept and definitely exceeded my expectations. The staff were warm, helpful, and very accommodating. They even allowed us to print our visas at the reception, which was a thoughtful gesture we truly appreciated. What also stood out was the beautiful ambiance of the hotel. The lobby and foyer were absolutely breathtaking, spacious, elegant, and welcoming. It instantly gave a great first impression and set the tone for a relaxing stay. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable, and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend and happily stay here again!

泊まって損はない。隣の水族館が苦手な人はこちらをお勧めします。マニラの古ホテルならではの設備老朽化が見られますが、いいホテルですよ。

Отель расположен недалеко от Интрамуроса (можно дойти пешком) в красивом историческом здании. Номера относительно чистые, но в ресторане на завтраке бегают тараканы разных размеров по стенам и столам. Завтрак совсем невкусный, да и есть после увиденного уже не хотелось. При выезде в нашем номере горничная при проверке не нашла маленькую ложку, пришлось опять подниматься в номер и вместе искать (мы этой ложкой даже не пользовались). Нашли ее под тумбой, на которой стоял телевизор. Так что надо внимательно проверять номер при заселении.

The Hotel got opened in 2017 as far as I know, and it's already run down. Its glorious days are over. Butt he classic architecture and the history of the building it's still impressive and I liked that very much. What I didn't like was the service, and the breakfast buffet. Other guests around were also complaining that this buffet was worth the money. Also as often, plenty of staff members walking around in worn out uniforms and shoes, with mobile phones on the pockets which they check regularly. When I checked out I had to wait until they had checked the room- did not expect that from a place like that. I waited, got my pass to leave and left. But I forgot to validate the parking ticket. So I returned to the desk, 3 minutes after check-out to ask to validate it. And, they asked for my room number- I just checked out and nobody in between me and me... And they ask? Not well trained? No interest? No idea. The pool is dangerous, slippery, missing tiles, dirt, sharp edges. They should close it and repair it the soonest. View from there is nice though. At the terrace around the pool, a lot of dirty dishes, glasses, for at least 15 minutes- several staff members walked by, nobody interested in taking the dishes, throwing the dirt to make the place look a bit more welcoming. Many management related issues, and therefore my bad rating about the service and amenities/equipment- dripping aircon in the hallway, water on tiles- dangerous. I watched the video about the vision of the owner, the architect and so on. Unfortunately after only a few years, nothing of this shows besides the nice architecture. Sayang.

Superb place, and Enjoy the distinguished flavors of our international ala carte menu and buffet spread in a regal setting. Sample delectable Western favorites, authentic Japanese and Chinese cuisine, Filipino selections with a twist, and sweet concoctions.

Overall, my experience in Rizal Park Hotel is really excellent especially the F&B, kudos in breakfast buffet!

Мы останавливались в этом отеле и остались очень довольны. Внимательные и вежливые сотрудники, приятная обстановка. Попадаешь как будто в другое столетие. Приятно удивило внимание персонала. Ни одна просьба не осталась не услышанной. Мы улетали из Манилы на острова и нам нужно было оставить на хранение чемоданы. Мы попросили об этом и наши чемоданы с радостью приняли на хранение, не взяв за это никакую доплату. Получив великолепный сервис, мы зарезервировали последнюю ночь в этом же отеле перед отлетом домой. Завтраки хорошие, номера большие и чистые. Из окон вид на порт и Марину. Мы рано утром выезжали в аэропорт и нам любезно собрали ланч бокс с завтраком. Даже не пришлось напоминать! Локация отеля шикарная! Прогуляться до Интрамурос и старого города Манилы можно пешком через прекрасный парк. Локация идеальная для туриста. 15 минут ходьбы и вы в старом городе с кучей ресторанов и кафешек. Скучать не придется! Великолепный отель! За эти небольшие деньги так вообще подарок!

Красивый старинный отель, немного уже потрепанный, но от этого не менее шикарный. Чувствуешь себя как во дворце. Завтраки нормальные, ничего сверхественного, но голодными не будете, Нам предоставили номер с видом на залив, на 4м этаже бассейн с красивым видом и лаунж-зоной.
