Good experience Staff are nice and welcoming Breakfast buffet is okay. Got a room upgrade and it can fit at least 4pax. They have bathtub but the hot water is not working. You can hear the noise outside since our room was situated in 2nd floor. There’s a nearby mall so if you want to go shopping or eat different food.

City Garden Hotel in Manila is my go to place to unwind. The place and staff are familiar and kind. Everything worked well for me. I will book a room again in the future.

每次到訪馬尼拉市都會這裡住宿，喜歡這裡的簡潔設備，食物質素高，位置便利，交通方便，鄰近有便利店及找換店。

房間不給打掃，催了幾個小時來了，匆匆打掃，被褥和浴巾都發黃髮黑了，早上起床身上有紅點還奇癢。

スタッフの対応が最悪でした。チェックインで10分以上待たされます。私を訪ねてきた友人が受付の男性スタッフに客室を訪ねましたが無愛想に指を差しただけだったので違うエレベーターに乗ってしまい部屋にたどり着けませんでした。部屋の内装は古くてシャワー水栓が壊れていたので水圧が弱かったです。朝食はビッフェ式ですが品物が少ないためすぐに料理が無くなります。新しい料理が用意されるまで20分以上待たされます。スタッフの人数が少ないため姿が見えないため声をかけることが出来ませんでした。部屋の安物ビーチサンダルは袋からだしたら240ペソで買取らされます。インスタントコーヒーが置いてありますが有料、無料の記載ありませんがお金を取られますので注意して下さい。部屋に備えつけてある安物ビーチサンダルをスリッパ代わりに使い、後で金を取られたことに怒りを覚えました。ホテルサイドの悪質な考えがスタッフの姿勢に表れています。今まで多くのホテルに泊まりましたが、こんなにも不愉快な思いをしたことがありません。

All the staff is very nice and accommodating. The place is clean and ambiance is very pleasant. Will definitely recommend this hotel and would still choose to stay here in the future.

My stay at City Garden Suites Hotel Manila was generally pleasant. The room design, while slightly dated, was comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, situated in the heart of Ermita and within a 7-minute walk to Robinsons Mall, as well as close to the bay, offering views of the busy Manila port. The proximity to several Halal restaurants and massage parlors is also a great convenience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I must mention that the doorman was particularly attentive. While the breakfast options for vegetarians were somewhat limited, they were sufficient for someone with a small appetite like mine.
