The receptionist doesn't know how to read the booking in their system. I stayed for two nights from room 8k I booked another room with a different price and location 17f. While I'm talking to the receptionist that I booked a different room they keep insisting that it will be the same room because it is an extension for another day. I explained many times that I want to check out and check in to the one that I recently booked but it's hard for them to listen to their guests. When I finally got into the room there was no complimentary bottle of water, no toothbrush and toothpaste set up. I called the receptionist and waited for an hour then called back again just for them to give the stuff that I needed. But the rest is ok..
