Bay view is good. If like bay view, need to stay at bay view earlier, now same residence block part of bay view, Reclamation is under ongoing, then bay view may be narrow

Room was totally different from pictures posted. Be careful. They bait you using the pictures. I complained and had to add extra to be put in a room with a balcony the least but it still wasnt the room i originally booked. Aircon is old so it didnt really become cold. Staff were very helpful and accomodating though. Better to book at hotels outside. The view is beautiful but not worth it to stay.

although na-delay ang pag check in nila samin very accommodating naman ang mga staff and super clean ng room at sobrang ganda talaga ng veranda nila.

I had a wonderful one-night stay.everything was great! a special thank you to Mel, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating. she made both me and my visitors feel very special, and her hospitality truly stood out. just one small suggestion: offering complimentary water, tea, and coffee for guests would make the experience even more enjoyable. thank you once again! i’ll definitely be coming back.👌😉🤗

I stayed in a room on the 15th floor, and there were a lot of ants. I had to keep all my food in the refrigerator, otherwise by morning the ants would be swarming all over the food. The room was well cleaned, but I recommend using insecticide.

Bad experience, wouldn't recommend. Metal detectors as you enter the premises should be the first clue. On a bad street with unsavoury people, venues etc. I put my hand up as a visitor not knowing the area, However from arrival my mistake of booking this venue was apparent. It took forever to check in, staff were chatting amounst themselves for an eternity and disinterested in helping despite glancing at me several times from the check in counter. Finally after several attempts to gain there attention a person who had been eating decided to appear and take us to the room. It had no secure internal slide or locking mechanism. Other rooms on the floor had solid metal exterior security doors bolted to the walls which is another clue to the clientele, visitors and or reputation and tone of the venue. Additional cash deposits were requested in the room to be returned by a completely different individual who was not present and only contactable only through WhatsApp, additional charges for pool use were required/requested that were not specified upon booking. The room and venue did not appear or feel safe, sex workers and beggers were present in the foyer and lifts and around the entry/exit of the venue. I left and did not stay there. My request for a refund was refused. As it turns out there are better places to stay nearby that are cleaner safer and more affordable. I booked somewhere 5 mins up the road and it was night and day. DO NOT RECOMMEND
