Moore House Bed and Breakfast

This is my third stay at Moore House; all have been wonderful. Tim is the best, and this evaluation is coming from the owner of a B&B in Colorado Springs, CO.

A wonderful experience. Tim, the host and welcoming committee , was most gracious, friendly and readily supplied all information that was requested. We arrived a bit later than expected and it was quickly off to bed. The room was perfect, friendly very clean and made us truly want to stay longer, but we left after a quick morning, well prepared and tasty breakfast. My only regrets were that we did not arrive earlier and have time to depart later. A wonderful place that we will visit again and be sure that we have the time to enjoy. I recommend Moore House Bed and Breakfast to any and all.

Our recent stay was simply wonderful. The room was elegant and comfortable, and the bathroom was right out of a magazine. The room and bath were separate and private from the rest of the house and just adjacent to the beautifully appointed dining room, which was decorated with beautiful antiques. Our breakfast each day was abundant and satisfying and served by our host, Tim, at whatever time we requested. Each morning it was served on a different set of antique china and silverware complete with candlelight! Tim gave us a tour of the K State campus along with lots of local history and we had such interesting conversations with breakfast. We were able to spend some relaxing moments in the formal garden. A short walk to the heart of Manhattan and K-State campus, and a wonderful host. We would highly recommend a stay at Moore House.

My stay at Moore House B&B was excellent, Tim was a great host and enjoyed the conversation and hospitality. I stayed over while picking up our daughter at the end of school, Tim shared many interesting things about her opportunities when she progresses through school. His home is very well kept and shows pride in ownership. Located right near the corner of campus at the Student Union. I really enjoyed breakfast and my stay there.

Very well maintained home. Decor was very elegant, yet very cozy and relaxing. Loved the candlelight breakfast and it's elegant table setting. Tim was very gracious and very interesting with his history/association with K State University.

Tim, my host, was beyond gracious and extended a warm welcome and generous hospitality in the historic Moore House. The home is filled with beautiful antiques. Breakfast was a splendid formal start to the day with excellent food served on antique china and crystal stemware. Two candelabra on the table and the beautiful chandelier above the dining table reflected hundreds of points of light in the cozy dining room. The formal garden outside and the easy walk to KState campus made this the ideal location for me. Moore House rates 10/10!
