The AC in the Lobby is not on it was very hot while having food from the restaurant as the lobby and restaurant are in the same area and it was not functioning or not switched on

The AC in the lobby was not switched on and it was very hot in the lobby and the restaurant,,We were forced to eat in the heat ,,The General manager or the lobby manager maybe kanjoos I think for switching off the AC to save the power.The lunch A la carte food was terrible,,,however the breakfast buffet was wonderful and tasty ..Next time at least switch on the AC in the lobby and use the solar system to save the electricity and not by switching off the AC

While at Mangalore beware of Taxi fraud.better take assistance from Hotel for Taxi arrangements

Water was leaking and they didn’t fix for 3 days! Had to ask multiple times. AC not working properly Food options were generic, should provide options with local cuisine.

Hotel is nicely located and service is too good.. very Hygienicaly maintained hotel.. it was a good stay all together.

It was really good and comfortable stay TV has to have screen mirroring option rest everything is good staffs are really helpful special mention Mr. Abhishek from front desk who was very proactive and well communicated and Ms. Jijina, she was also good , rooms are well maintained and special thing is the lights which is more attractive 😊

Good hotel to stay. I can honestly say it was one of the best experience in ginger manglore. The staffs are very good they gave good hospitality and also food was very good I have specialy mentioned by Mr rakshith his behaviour and he knows how to treat guest very well I will Happy to stay with ginger

Staff were courteous. Food was good. Toilet not clean and flush was not working properly Toilet in lobby was smelly

everything was excellent including staff who were polite, location was also very easily accessible , the reception person Mr Abhishek was very polite and helpful

I stayed in ginger with my family. Stay was good nice and quiet place. My family enjoyed a lot. Good service by staffs and clean and decent rooms with basic amenities. They have a workout area as well with minimum amenities. Overall it was good.

Stay was comfortable... Hotel was a quite old but well maintained. Friendly staffs are very kind and also quik respond from staff side. Restaurant and lobby area are good and quite clean. Beside the hotel they have a small garden area it was actually nice.

Ginger is accessible for all the beaches and amenities are also good. Amenities are good. Food is also good.
