At the time of booking and checkin, we had informed the hotel that there were 3 adults staying in the room, yet they have us a very small room. It took them more than 4 hours and just as many calls to get the additional mattress setup in the room. When I tried to order a cup of coffee early in the morning, I was informed that they do not provide room service before 7:00 am. I ordered 2 plates of sandwiches, and it took them almost 1 hour to deliver it, and when I called the room service team to enquire about what was going on, they told me that they forgot my room number. The fruits served in a fruit salad were raw and almost inedible. The room provided was so small, that with 3 people in the room, you can barely walk about. The hotel kept asking us to take their spa services despite stating that we did not want it. They do not even offer basic drinking water in the room. They have bottles of water available with a 250% mark up. A ₹10 bottle of Bisleri water is kept in the room and charged for ₹35. The walls all have water damage, and the floors have pieces of the wooden flooring coming out. The cupboards are also damaged. There is no working exhaust fan available in the bathroom, so this spoils the ambiance of the room. The staff are nice and courteous, but the service is very slow. And the room and facilities are seriously very overpriced, not at all worth they hype or the cost.
