Good hotel...opted for half board.. Dinner was included and was good... Breakfast was too ok... To add a negative comment bath room was considerably small.

They provided a room near the generator or some machine was there near the room and it was very noisy ,,,i couldn't sleep properly and I complained to Trip.com but no action was taken and I complained the hotel too but they didn't care much

In the first i booking wrong the hotel from The ocean pearl to booking this hotel The ocean pearl inn, It’s same company.

Room is okay, Big and Clear.
Staff is nice.
But don’t have hair dryer available in room,must request with reception.

Extremely disappointed with the way the hotel handled our check-in. We had clearly mentioned our arrival time in advance and even paid for early check-in in MakeMyTrip. Despite that, we were made to wait for hours with no clear communication or proper response from the staff.
If you're going to charge guests for early check-in, the least you can do is have the room ready as promised. It felt like the staff were completely unprepared and didn’t care about the inconvenience caused.
This kind of poor coordination and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. Would definitely think twice before booking here again.

This is my fourth time at this hotel. The staff, especially Mr Charan, went out of their way to make it a pleasant stay. Some rooms have a problem with noise from the exhaust down below in the restaurant, but Mr Charan, with a smile, helped me shift rooms. I will certainly be revisiting.
