Leela Cottages

Staff is very co operative ,specially selita manager who helped us to book cottages and guided us to visit places .ambience is excellent and the food was delicious . Ashwem beach is amazing. We loved to come again at Leela cottages. Thanks to team Leela .

An overnight with old girl friends. needed an ambience that would create memories and a value for money place. . Leela cottages property met both counts. !! Beach touching and offering a lavish complimentary breakfast. We loved the stay at this tastefully done place. Leela Cottages on Ashwem Beach. But the restaurant Sao within its premises is not run by management of Leela cottages and is a rip off. Better to look for other options !!

Yesterday was the last day in our 2nd home”Goa”. While strolling thru the narrow lanes of Morjim in the early morning , we came across a sign board “Leela cottages” & bang on, we were at their reception. Mark my words, this property is nesting in serene. The chirping of birds, fresh air, lush green atmosphere, variety of plantations hypnotised me.The warm welcome at the reception added to the positivity on making our decision to book a cottage at the property instantly & without any hassles was done inspite of high demand.The property has various categories of cottages depending upon one’s budget but all the cottages are amicably decorated. The large area in the cottage could accommodate a family of 4-5 pax easily with extra bed(s) extra charge applied. The property has a direct access to the cleanest & less crowded beach in Goa where one can sit, relax & enjoy. The property is beautifully decorated with hand picked traditional articles. It has an in-house restaurant which offers delicious meals. Great hospitality shown by Mr. Paritosh who has a multitasking abilities like manning reception, restaurant, rooms management etc. I’ve never seen so much of dedication by a person anywhere. Not to forget Pravil who satisfied our hunger pangs by suggesting & offering us a delicious meals, must try their non veg preparations at the restaurant.Party people can enjoy their evenings at “ Sao” or adjacent “Thalasa” with thier trance music ….sip, enjoy, relax….If one is going to explore the extreme North Goa(Morjim) , book “Leela cottages” without doubt(book directly with the property to avail discounts, quote my name for reference) Just ask Mr. Paritosh , he’ll do for you.

Great clean property with friendly people. Breakfast isn't great and restaurant is expensive. They should take better care of the 4 dogs that are in the property, they should feed them and give them water. Overall good place to stay.

Surprised to see the negative reviews on here. I looked before my trip and was therefore skeptical of my stay, I'm usually a 5 star type of guy but the W was booked solid and a friend recommended Leela. I was surprised to the upside in almost every category. The staff were helpful, the breakfast that was included was great, and the beach area was wonderful. The cottages themselves were clean and neat, everything you needed for a very reasonable price. I toured a few other properties on the beach and would definitely return to Leela Cottages for my next trip

Rooms are Big and view and Location is excellent. Room service food is expensive and not worth rhe money . Considering the other options available in the area it was a very positive experience. They need some work on the Bathrooms but other that That I would go again
