Summary of my thoughts/experience of this hotel:- On arrival we went to the restaurant by accident & the restaurant manager kindly carried my large suitcase downstairs to reception. Its a small hotel so it seems that all staff members are happy to help and that was lovely to see. Check in was prompt, friendly, efficient. Daniel had called me a week prior to confirm and he was there to greet us in person, so that was a personal touch. He directed us to Monastery. He also permitted us to check in at 11am which is earlier than many hotels would, which was nice for us. RATINGS (10 out of 10 is the best and 1 is the worst):- BATHROOM Toilet - 10 Shower - 10 Sink - 10 We had two rooms with two bathrooms and both bathrooms were in excellent working condition. ROOMS: Room ambience - stunning views of mountains, double balcony. 9/10. Bed comfort - 2 double-beds. 10/10. Room comfort - 9/10. Breakfast - a la carte. not many options, but they swapped the ham for beef. Good service. Stunning views from the breakfast terrace. 6/10 Dinner - good service. Restaurant manager kindly replaced bacon for chicken at no extra charge as we ordered a wrong dish by mistake. 10/10 All the staff seemed caring and warm and cared about Hotel which I think is very special. I loved the view from our 2 rooms and view from breakfast/inner terrace. Highly recommend.
