property wasent well maintained. the outer area was very smelly. but the food was good. rooms need to well maintained.

It is good property will all facility. It is one of the cheapest stay among other resorts with similar facilities. There was no place for complaining, being it staff behavior or food quality. It will be a definite option if we visit again at mandarmoni. Only problem is, this resort is very near to mohona, people from that locality are mostly associated with fishing, and you will find a stable fishy smell in the air once you step outside your room.

Resort is filled with flies and rooms smelling with fish like. Rooms doesn’t seems clean or arranged even till 4 pm, which speaks of management and housekeeping of hotel. Property is old and not advisable. However, restaurant near beach was ok ok. I didn’t stay in the hotel after looking the rooms, went to viceroy instead.

We just finished our vacation today with my family and friends family,we check out today,we stayed in sapphire room,we just loved the property,our experience is soo fantastic, specially the food quality and taste and the staff behaviour, they are really amazing,they serve with smile.every years I stayed in different property in mandarmani but this time I stayed at this place my experience is superb.i highly recommend this resort.

Nice stay at this resort. Specially the swimming pool, cabana and play area.

One of the worst Hotel I have ever seen. Pathetic service, pathetic behavior. They don't know how to behave with guest's. We can't even play music. So from my side I want to say it is one of the worst hotel. Please don't go in the hotel please. They will say u will get each and everything over here but when u will arrive over here u will face problem. Pathetic services and behavior

Pathetic to say the least the experience of stay in this hotel. This hotel is located almost at the farthest corner of the mandarmoni beach so if you are going there do not expect to find it easily. The hotel check in time is 1 pm so even if you check in your room 15 minutes before 1 pm they will not switch on the AC in the room (thoroughly unprofessional). Ok now the AC in the room is a wonder. The AC is mounted at the last end of the entrance passage in the room and it will take quite sometime for the room to be cooled. While you may think of having your food next you are in for another unpleasant surprise. Over priced food of pathetic quality. Example if you specifically ask them to make your food less spicy be rest assured you will be served the opposite. Example chicken reshmi butter masala would tase similar to chicken tikka masala. The serving time is generally 30-40 minutes beyond the scheduled promised time. Come morning, the hotel never stops to amaze you. The water runs out while you are trying to take a bath. You have to call up the reception to inform them and they will start the pump only after that. You have to wait for another half an hour before water reaches the bathroom. And yes if you submit your identity proof at the reception during check in it would generally take them 7 hours to scan the id proof and return it to you and that too after four or five follow ups. Unskilled and untrained staff, unable to handle crowd pressure. If you want to turn your holiday into a nightmare then do check-in in this hotel. P.S. They charge service charge on your bills (without informing you the quantum) so avoid paying tips to staff. Plz young generation please avoid plz

f you just wanna stay it's fine but the staff are totally unprofessional don't recommend at all we were having our lunch and we got very bad food and the kebabs are filled with food colour nd they give water in a kinley bottle in which they fill tap water not even drinking water is available!!!!?? , When we were having lunch the staff were rude and lazy and when we called them they tottaly ignored us we ordered tawa roti and panner and roti was like wet aata in short uncooked the staff here are need to be replaced soon or this place will be a hell. It is not for the young generation

When we arrived at the resort on jun e 7th for check-in, there was a lot of confusion because our rooms were allocated in different wings: one quadruple room in the north wing and the other in the south. I requested the resort manager to accommodate us in the same block since we had four kids under five years old with us. the stay was pleasant, and the food was good.

The room was not good with respect to the cost. The bathroom sawar did not function. The corridor area did not clean properly and the behaviour of the staff is good. I would not recommend any one to go anutri beach resort.

The room was really spacious and clean. We stayed in an Emerald Quadruple Room. The stay was amazing right from the Welcome drink till the Check-out - Swimming Pool, Proximity to the beach, Food quality, Environment.. everything was amazing. Although, I'd suggest the Resort owners to replace the Shower Head and Health Faucet especially in our room - 209.

Food not up-to the mark. Service poor. Beach side entrance is closed often. Too costly food. Breakfast poor

All staffs are well maintained and trained, behavior supporting just like wow. Food veg and non veg are totally awesome. Room and swimming pool purely clean.
