A wonderful stay
Great location off Deansgate. Helpful staff. Beautiful decor. The bedrooms are in the basement and don’t have windows. Glass partition between bedroom and bathroom. Delicious vegan breakfast.

Best in Manchester
I don't usually leave reviews but this one definitely deserve one. Manchester hall it is the best place to stay in, location is great, staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are amazing and breakfast was delicious.
Definitely will be staying again.

We got married at Manchester Hall back in October and had the most magical day. From our initial meeting with Megan, our wedding co-ordinator, to our complementary overnight stay last night the team have always gone above and beyond. The bedrooms are spacious, sleek & classic Manchester. We had such a fabulous stay & breakfast at The Masons Bar was delightful. I went for the Masons Eggs Royale, which came with a generous portion of smoked Salmon, it was stunning. If you're looking for an incredible venue to host an event or just somewhere for an overnight stay in the city centre, this is the spot for you!

Loved this hotel and will definitely be staying here again and highly recommending it to friends.
We stayed in the bridal suite. It was amazing! The bedroom was huge, stunning, unique, and so relaxing! Loved the bath tub being in the bedroom and the added touch of having bubble bath provided. The bathroom was gorgeous too, very bespoke, and the double shower was great.
The staff were all friendly and very helpful and polite.
We had breakfast in the restaurant. Beautifully decorated restaurant and the food was excellent. The entire hotel is stunning and in such a great location. We almost didn't book as we read that the bedrooms were in the basement and thought it would feel weird not having windows. The rooms are that nice, you absolutely never for one minute felt that you were basement level. All the amazing reviews made me decide to book and so glad we did. Loved it!!

Good hotel, shame about the mattress
Nice room, a little odd its windowless in a basement but a great room, great breakfast and all new and the bath in the room is a nice lovely but still has a great shower.
Only comment is that the bed was a little hard, I normally like firm mattress but this was hard!

Fantastic Hotel and Excellent Service
Excellent service from start to finish.
From the bookings team and all the staff on reception. Jodie from the bookings team was very kind and helpful when making the booking and was able to answer any queries I had. The communication was clear and straightforward and sent all the information that was required. The hotel reception staff, Georgina, Sophie and Sasha were all very polite and made sure we were both looked after. As we were staying for our baby moon, the staff went above and beyond our expectations. Stayed for 2 nights over the weekend. The breakfast was wonderful and catered to our needs. The rooms were beautiful, very clean and glamorous, especially with the bath in the room. I was very happy with the experience at Manchester Hall. I would definitely recommend this place and will be staying here again in the future!!

Nice welcome from staff.
Only downside were the x2 stains on the bedsheets (tea or makeup?)
Otherwise clean, warm - would stay again.
Worth the price we paid.
