Excellent , great position of hotel especially for us , centralised for all amenities, food and socializing in hotel great , great experience will definitely go back .

Location of the Hotel was absolutely perfect, about 5 minutes walk to the city centre. The service staff was really friendly and one staff even took the opportunity to chat with us about out trip there. The breakfast buffet was good and it is the same menu across the entire chain of hotels from Manchester to Edinburgh so it did get a bit bored and we eventually decided to stop having breakfast at the restaurant due to the lack of variation. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Would like the thank all the team for our stay especially the Duty manager on shift on check in on the 8th and morning or the 9th. Sorry didn't catch your name. Breakfast was lovely fresh and topped up regularly. Room was fresh and clean Only issue were taxi due to football and olly concert but team member tried his best to sort it with them. Thank you all we will be back

Louis was lovely, cheerful and polite on the bar. Poor guy was on his own but still smiling. He explained timings for the bar, asked about our evening and made sure we had somewhere to sit even though it was busy. Thanks Louis, keep up the good work!

Great location. Very clean and great price. Room is very comfortable and comfortable and good size. Staff are lovely especially Louie who is amazing, very helpful and friendly! Food is great. I will definitely be back again! Thank you very much!

Hotel is in an ideal location and close to city centre, despite the address. Car park is abit of right off, was metal fences everywhere that had blown over so cars finding it hard to move so not ideal. All staff were lovely and helpful me check in on the machines, was only here for work so didn't need all the bells and whistles. Was a good stay

First time I've ever stayed by myself in a premier inn and first time in manchester and the staff were lovely in helping me get to the car park and checking in, I got lost so they were very helpful. Gave me a room facing the cathedral so I had a lovely view and made my first time a memorable one so thank you. Car parking does need more sign posting though but that's just me

The room was lovely however overall service was bad. It was supposed to be 24hr service for front desk and bar but no one was barely there. One of the lifts/elevator was shaking and can clearly tell it’s broken. It was horrible for the amount paid for 2 days.

Great location for centre and Arena, car parking Great, shop straight across road, comfy bed. However, tied and grubby but this wasn't the issue, we were in room 803, Great view but windows wouldn't shut properly and this let in a draft so pretty chilly being high up and windy. We thought we'd pop the heating on, no problem easy to use and so quiet...for about 30 seconds and then Wow, sounded like a helicopter or a paper shredder in the room, we thought it might just be warming up but nope while ot was on it made the noise. The room was chilly overnight so we tried again and same glaring loud buzzing, we had to turn it off eventually but basically was cold all night, didn't really sleep much and was up.and gone by 7am, told reception who confirmed it was a problem quite a few visitors had reported in various rooms, surely if it's known about then get it sorted. It's a great location to stay but if you can't sleep due to noise or being cold it's not really a valid choice moving forward, especially if managent know!

Stayed for 2 nights at the end of April and couldn’t fault the hotel at all. Car parking was easy to figure out with staff helpful and the room itself was very good. And boy, where do I even start, rhys on the reception was amazing and deserves to be commended for his amazing work on the desk and sorted us out with a great room and was a happy and helpful worker who made a great first impression.

Had a really good one night stay here. Spacious car park at hotel which is discounted for guests. All the staff we met were very friendly, automated checkin didn’t work, a member of the team approached us as resolved quickly. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable; as you would expect from a Premier Inn. Again, breakfast in the morning was to a decent standard, as is the case for Premier Inn. Hotel location excellent at the top end of the city. Would happily stay here again.

Have just stayed in this premier inn and wanted to point out how hard one woman on breakfast worked this morning and think she deserves more than a thank you. She has blonde hair and was whipping around to make sure everything was stocked and we were all kept happy, well done to her and she didn't deserve to be spoken to how some people were, shocking behaviour of some people here for a lovely night. Rooms are basic, get what your given but they do need a refresh, look grim now
