As a serviced apartment company that offers a home away from home experience, we provide cleaning once a week so not to interfere with your space every day; as standard, we will give your apartment a full clean after 7 nights, and weekly for the duration of your stay. We provide all our guests with toiletries, welcome teas & coffees and milk in your apartment to get you started. We regret to hear about the inconvenience you faced due to changes in your itinerary.The non-refundable booking requires full payment for all nights booked, even if a guest can only stay for a portion of the reservation. However, we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Unfortunately, in this instance, we were unable to adjust the booking or offer a refund. We understand how frustrating this must have been and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
