All the staff are lovely (greeted by Charlotte at the desk in particular, but everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful), but room on the 5th floor was way too hot, and they have an extra window in front of the outside window that you cannot open, so there's no way to cool it down.

Great location to Piccadilly Train Station, restaurants and pubs. Very cheerful welcome from Lynne, who promptly checked us in. Happily explained facilities and took the time to give directions and advice. A real asset to Travelodge. One of the best welcoming and knowledgeable check-ins ever. Keep up the great work Lynne 👍

Standard Travelodge, good location and even though it’s on a busy room the noise was minimal - however the windows on that side of the building don’t open.

Great value for money and perfect location for metro link as we were in Manchester attending the new co-op live arena. Basic hotel but clean and comfortable. Bernadette made us feel welcome on check in and had our room changed to family when our plans changed on short notice. Great customer service.

Charlotte on the reception desk was particularly helpful and friendly. Gave us a family room rather than double and hair dryer to borrow. Room was good. Just missing a bath mat and extra small towel. All in all a centrally located hotel at a reasonable price. Would stay again.

Perfect location in the heart of piccadilly. Travel lodges offer great value rooms and amenities and this one is a good example of that with comfy rooms and facilities you need. Charlotte on reception is exactly who you need to welcome and check you in - a great yeam and lovely service.

Central hotel perfect for the AO area. We were welcomed by Charlotte who was so helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and I’d recommend it. Breakfast was good too. We had a Super Room which was worth the extra and the late checkout of 12:00 was very welcome!

No ventilation of any type other than small desk fan. Stuffy and uncomfortable despite only being 19 degrees outside. Ensure you get an east facing room as west rooms cant open drapes for a view as the windows radiate heat like a furness. Corridor appears to have some air-condition or it at least cool so left room door open to get some of that coolness in

Short stay here overnight in town for a Bruce Springsteen concert. Ticked all the boxes. Comfortable room and good location. Reviews have mentioned Bernadette on the desk . It s not difficult to see why. Thank you very much indeed for your efforts on our behalf.
